she was my best friend in second grade we both meet at lowman elementry school in vegas i dont know her last name but her name was mandy? any suggestion's?

Do you remember her parent's name? Even if you knew hers, it would be difficult to find. Well, I don't know your age range but she could have married. Try to find her last name from some source in the school you attended or the old neighborhood to see if anyone knows what happened to her family.
