I have noticed that a lot of other women in their early 20's have a really hard time relating to each other, and I don't think that we're all that different. We do all have our own things happening, but there seems to be so much common ground, but so little interaction. Does anyone else notice this? (I mean this on a strictly platonic level and I do happen to live in DC- which seems to just be generally cold)

I recently met this guy who is the lead singer and electric guitar player in a band. I asked him if he could email the band's lyrics to me. I just was curious as to what they were singing. It was so loud and I couldn't hear the words to well. Anyways, so he sent me some of the lyrics, I responded thanks, and we have been emailing everyday for a couple weeks now. We even exchanged phone numbers and we've talked a couple times on the phone. I don't know if this guy could be into me? I get the feeling that maybe, because of his little flirty remarks in his emails and asking when I was going to come back up to hear them play again. I'm just not sure. Help. I like him, I just don't know what to do, since I hardly know him.

What are some creative flirting techniques that will pass as "sweet and thoughtful" and not coming on too strong? The girl works with me and we have been "just" co-workers for 6 weeks. Give me some lines or gestures I can drop on her as I pass by her in tha hallway or walk her to her car! Something that she'll be amazed at. For example, I was on the other side of the plant we work at and she was on the other. As I was doing my tasks, my buddy was leaving to take his break. So I told him to pass a note to her that I had ripped from a piece of Nestle crunch Ice cream bar box. So he took it to her as he headed that way to take his break. She was so impressed with me. She thought that it was sweet that I used a cardboard box that I simply pulled from the trash can and had a messenger send it to her. It took me hours to think that up, but it was worth it when I seen her smile. Help me Out with Ideas, Please??????

I love this man so much, I try to do what I can for him. It's to the point that I feel taking for granted. I pour out my heart to him and been faithful to him for six years. I't s to the point I feeling drained. I don't wanna leave but I sound like a broken record. He let's his friends and family influence our relationship til the point I feel all against me. Me and my sister are like a year and six months apart. She always tries to put me down all the time I cant even trust her. she went as far as trying to break me and my fiance up for her own revenge about me not letting her borrow my shoes! My mom says she's jealous because i'm younger and have more things going on for my self. I love my sister but she is just so heartless when it comes to me. I can ask her a simple question and shell answer me like if I'm crap. I cry sometimes because it hurts me alot. I hate the fact that she looks at me like competition and she is not happy when im doing good. She started rumors about me at school about personal things that only she knew i thought i could of trusted her with my secrets and she tells everyone, she slept with a guy that I used to talk too behind my back, she talks to my enemies like if they were her best friends. It would be great to have people sharing their experience and suggestions here cuz it's really hard to find a good pick-up line that can easily break the ice, make them laugh and get them to talk for at least 5 minutes. They usually only give a short reply and continue dancing as usual though they may be sometimes interested in you. Thanks! (P.S. these lines must work for Asian girls as well =p)
