My younger bro is 11 and he asked me to show him my body as he was curious to see how a grown boy's private looks like.Then he asked me if i could let him see and touch it for his curiousity.so should i?

i guess that is up to you....how close you are to your brother etc etc....try the link below, get him to read through it and see if that helps him.....explain to him that everyone is different and grows differently, even when you are related....i cant see the harm in him looking at your body tho if it helps him understand things....but tell him that his changes will happen at different times to when yours did....good luck, and you should feel proud that he came to you and asked for your help, it shows that he looks up to you

If he really wants to know, just use the internet to find a pron site. First explain to him why it was not a good idea to show your penis to him. Let him know that it is not normal, but you understand his curiosity.
The pron site should not be a tool for him to access at his will. Therefore, perhaps you should just take photos from it and show it to him. Also question him if he is having some problems with his penis. If so, bring the matter to his father immediately.

No, that is not right. Well.. he could see it. But, touching it would be a NO. If he touched it, who knows what he could get. Meaning as in he could get an AIDS or whatever from touching your "private" area.
