I asked a guy friend of mine out and he said he liked me but, wanted to stay friends. I guess thats fine with me but it still hurt. Well, he kept his promise and we've remianed close. Yet, I still have strong feelings for him.

My friends said that I should get over him. So all of a sudden I start falling for my other guy friends, or feel that they like me(some have made it pretty obvious).

I've never been in a relationship or have been flirted with (that I know of) so I have no I idea how to react. PLEASE give me some advice

For many reasons, I feel it is not a good idea to get involved with friends. If you date a friend, and you break up, the friendship will forever be changed. Unless you are mature enough to get past hurt feelings.

Honestly, it sounds like you're more in love with the idea of being in love. Take a step back and ask yourself what you want and need from a potential boyfriend. Also, ask yourself what you have to offer this potential mate. When you figure out what it is you want/don't want, don't settle for anything less. Too many times younger girls attach themselves to the first guy that pays attention to them, often settling for the toad instead of the prince. :)

be yourself, be natural, be friendly, be courteous. if he ask you to go out, go out with him if you want to. one man at a time, pls. maintain your dignity as a woman.
