me and my boyfriend have been livin together for a year.hes want to start a life together but im only 19 and hes 24.latley ive been wanting to be with my friends and party and even date other guys.but i have a very good life with my current boyfriend.i could go places and be taken care of for the rest of my life.should i leave him and give up a really good lifestyle.or go back to being a party animal.

Am knocked for six. I have literally, in the last 10 mins, received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers. However, I opened the card to find they are from a man who was extremely controlling towards me, and who I have tried so hard to forget and move on from.

Recently, he emailed me to say a mutual friend had died, and I replied saying I was sorry to hear that. I also said I was doing fine, single again (I know, stupid!!) and living in Galway. Why, oh why.... I let my guard down.

Anyway, he has found out I am in a show this weekend and has sent flowers. I am so scared he will turn up at one of the performances. What do I do if he does?

This is totally what I don't need. I'm just getting over a heartbreak of a 3 year relationship (I left the 1st guy and then met the most recent relationship)... my feelings are all over the place.

Should I email this guy and say thanks for the flowers, but that there is no point contacting me any more?

HELP...!

My husband and I bought a new house and then my aunt basically forced my cousin to by one exactly like ours, but with more upgrades. They have not been invited over to my new house but have tried to invite themselves over 7 times in 1 week (we just moved in last week) and they have even showed up at a restauraunt nearby and called to let me know they were in the area. Luckily I was not home! It just hurts my feelings that they are not supportive like a family should be. My husband, mother and I try not to play these games, but it is becoming impossible! They always have to be one up on me and it is getting worse as we get older. Help!

She's like a sister to me and I’m worried about her. She has 2 jobs, 4 kids and a husband who won’t help; he just criticizes her and the kids and sometimes verbally threatens them also, and he spends over their budget. She is past being exhausted and so depressed that she cries every time we talk. I have offered help in every form I can think of and she always says no, it’s enough for me just to listen. My fiancee of 3 years (we have a 2 yr old too) was cheating on me the past few months. He swears that it didn't mean anything and was pretty much peer-pressured into talking with this girl (a "friend" of his was giving him money to talk to the girl and make her happy, even though he knew Sam* was with me). Anyway, he swears it's over. Swears it meant nothing and that when he went to have sex with her, he pushed her away and left. I found out he was with her through emails. She seemed to really be into him and he was in a band getting the "groupie" attention I guess I wasn't giving him at home.
He says it's been over for awhile but she was still sending him Valentine's day cards telling him how much she loved him and many more valentine's to come". I'd like to think that she is just in a school girl crush type of mind.
He HAS quit the band and EVERYTHING I have asked him to do, he has done. Do I ask him to send her an email for my sake to know it is truly over?

I am dating a guy who is still somewhat involved with someone else, (they are on the outs have not been seeing each other may be breaking up) we have not been intimate at all and I am giving him time to make his decision. He says he would not even try to be with me intimately until he has made up his mind which makes me like him even more that he has some integrity and respects me enough to know I wouldnt go there. We talk almost everyday or text all of the time all day long while at work. But I still feel like this might be wrong. I enjoy spending time with him so much and miss him when we are not together. I talk to others and have dated others too trying to keep my mind off of him but bottom line is I want him all to myself dont want to "date" is this relationship wrong?

I want to buy my gf jewelry with a pink diamond because it's her favorite color, but they are extremely expensive since they only exist maybe 1% out of all the diamonds out there. I have found out that there are these new man made diamonds, also called "synthetic" or "cultured" diamonds that can be made pink. The news says that these are actually REAL diamonds (not zirconium or the other fake stuff) made by scientists that can replicate the natural process in a lab. Also, since they are man made, there is no chance of them being "blood diamonds".

Has anyone ever purchased on of these diamonds and if so where? Even though people can make them, they seem to all be sold out because the cost savings are huge!

my boyfriend whenever he has a stressful day at work always takes it out on me. I rang up on his lunch break today as i've always done to see if hes ok and we always normally chat but today he just answered and wen i said how r u he blanked me then when i said ok should i talk to u later...he went mad! said i always bug him and he wishes i stopped ringing him and just leave him alone so i said fine and switched my phone off. If he had a problem with me doing this y didnt he tell me before? :S im so confused my mate at work just thinks hes taking his stress out on me? should i just never bother ringing him or texting him during the day now and let him talk to me when he feels like it?

I know this girl where I'm her prospective customer. After talking to her a few times, I tried asking her out over the phone but she said she was busy. Next day I met her again but she was rather business-like and less friendlier than before. Did I move too fast?
Problem is we won't get to meet often anyway, so it's kinda hard for things to develop, and we don't have any common friends. That's why I asked her out in the first place.
So now what do I do? I don't want to just give up like that.

I'm sort of in a relationship with a guy that lives with his ex gf the thing is is that when he gets upset he says that he is just going to leave me alone... and when she complains and asks him questions about me he says that he made a mistake and that he loves me and that he wants to be with me and get married but he can't trust me... he says that "I'm a beautiful girl and that everyone wants to "talk" to me and that scares him. i can't trust him either but every time he calls and wants to see me i fold... how do i keep from folding... i'm so tired of the whole back and forth and have tried to just not talk to him (on the phone it's easy but in person i just can't say no) What do i do?

I'm a clueless, innocent, 19-year-old guy who doesn't hang out at bars or clubs.

Here's a situation that has happened four times the past six months.

I was strolling at a Target looking at stuffs, then suddenly some dude just out of nowhere approached me and gave me a paper with his phone number on it saying that he likes making new friends. The very same thing happened at the gym I workout at daily, not just once but three times already.

What gives? I dress nicely (not flashy, just casual but nice), I'm always well-groomed, and I have nice hair.

Could it be that they think I'm gay? I'm not complaining since I find it flattering in a way.

But, should I shave my head and grow a beard? I wouldn't want to do that though.

But here's another but, I'm assuming that if some gay guys think that I'm gay, then some girls must think that I'm gay too. So, yup, I want to change for the ladies.

or are the librals causing the moral decreas
I see more family marriages falling apart do to sexual immorality than anything and drug abuse
yet they (librals) find it ok to have multiple sex partners and have no concept of the value and meaning of marriage?
they want more and more drugs legalized and prostistuion
dont you think we have a hard enough time as it is ??
why make marriage such a small thing
why destry what is supposed to be a great thing?
why is it (cheating/drugs) so acceptable??

I am married to a wonderful honest man and yet I am still dealing with issues from my youth and past relationships. Does anyone have suggestions that work to deal with overcoming insecurities. I love him and have read the Dr.Laura book and am trying to do as many of her suggestions as possible but I still have that underlying fear of him leaving. I guess I have seen so many couples break up as well as the break up of my own I just don't want that to happen to us. I can see us at 80 years old and sitting together and looking back on our lives together but I lack the comfort of knowing the "now" is okay. Some suggestions of things I can actively do to work on my own self esteem would be great. Physically I am happy with my self and I am an honest and caring person but how do you look in the mirror and just accept and like what you see?
