you could try catching the certain persons eye and then quickly looking away several times, but i think the best way to sell your self to them is to be your self, get to know them that it the best way to flirt ,you don't have to act all girly and stupid coz most people wouldn't go for that kind of person anyway.
remeber to be your self and if they don't like you for being yourself then they aren't worth it

i usually like to start it off in public, when wearing a long brown trench coat...i like to pull the lapels to one side and show my thingy...once they get shocked i like to move my hand down there and kind flop it around or tug on it a lil...by then..even though they run in the opposite direction..i know they want me, and that i can have them...
so either i do that...or i like to pull a random into a public restroom late at night and force myself on them...they act like they dont like it...but i know they are so into me...oh so sexy!
