i have a co-worker who everyone says she has this CRUSH for me and i dont see it. example: she always hugs me when she sees me, and once in a while she will put both of her hands on my face after the hug and says "im so glad to see you" or "you are so cute" etc. other things are like today... when i just got back from a week vacation, and she came into work over an hour early in order in catch me before i left. she came up two floors (im floor 2 & she is on 2) out of her way in which she NEVER heads up in my direction, came into my office, gave a great big hug, and put her hands on my face once again saying how much she missed me and she is glad i am back. i think she doesnt b/c she has a b/f, & i think she is being nice. others say i am blind & cant see this big crush she has on me. she will call me honey, but doesnt say that word to anyone else....what is your opinon.......P.S. i am not going to explore this, but i want to stop this CRUSH if she DOES have feelings for me

Obviously, if you go as far as to ask someone out you have to have some attraction to that person. At the same time, if someone asks you out it is implied that they like you. However, let's say that the situation is that you like a particular girl (or guy) and you know that you have certain feelings about her (or him) in the beginning of the relationship. For instance, if you have recognized the person for a while (whether it be at school or work) but you have never spoken to them on that level. So you have noticed things about them that you like but you havn't never told them about that. Why do you think that people would have a problem with being told how someone feels about them at the beginning of relationships or when the person first approaches them? I know that some say it scares them away but, it's not like they are saying that they want to have a long-term & committed relationship from the moment that they are meeting the person so why would someone be scared away by honesty?

My husband and I have our own end table on either side of our bed. I have a role of mints, a big book that I have read maybe 124 times, a nail file, bag of sunflower seeds, a little dish where I put all my jewlery in each night, a hair tie, asprin and a bottle of water. (I replace the water and sunflower seeds everytime I use them :P)

In my husbands, a book and his watch. :))

Oh and I have a little pink lamp on the table along with a pink little clock and hes got a black lamp and alarm clock.

I like Matt and asked him to prom, however I'm starting to like one of my other friends a lil bit more that matt, his name's ryan. Matt never answered the question except for a "I can't say yes to that just yet" and Ryan said that he would go with me if Matt said no...
Do I tell Matt to forget I asked him and go with Ryan or wait a lil bit longer?

Ryan and I said as friends though since he just got out of a relationship with his ex... but he tells me everything and I'm the only girl he really opens too apparently.

But Matt and I are oooold friends, 9 years and idk what to do

And they ask the obvious questions too. Like where are we going over and over. Why is this? It drives my friend crazy and her sister is around four years old.

Married for just over 2 years, very unhappy for at least 1. Totally and completely in love with another man who I have known for 9 years. Told him 2 months ago how i feel, and his response was that he thought it very brave of me to say how i feel. apart from that, did not say how he feels. Very confused!!! the object of my affection and I have VERY good chemistry. We flirt all the time, a few years ago he told me that if we were in different place/different time, we could be together. Last time I saw him, he gave me a hug, actually more like a lovers embrace, and a kiss on the cheek which nearly ended up on the lips. I am in total euphoria when I am around him, talk to him, think about him. Have tried to mend current relationship with husband, but he won't acknowledge anything wrong. i get moody with him and he constantly asks me what is wrong. everything is pointing to the man of my dreams feeling the same way, but how can i be sure? any suggenstions on what i should do??

We both decided it's best that we take a break,, cuz we had been getting into fights alot... But as of the last 3 weeks, things have been going really good.. and i want to get back together with her.. but it's so hard, cuz she says she needs time.. and sometimes she says she wants to get back together, and other times she says "is it so bad if we're friends?"....

Am I going for something impossible? Does this mean that we are only meant to be friends? We've been pretty serious for over a year,, and we both say we're eachothers world, and that even though we're on a break, we're not hooking up with anyone else. I love her more then anything, should I just let her go?

My ex-husband moved due to job reasons. He has sole physical and legal custody of our 14 year old child. They live in a different state than me.

I went to stay with my daughter for a few weeks. His mother was helping to take care of her. She lives a few miles away.

I could not stand my ex-husband and mother-in-law putting pressure on me to reunite with my ex-husband and help him sell the contents of and actual house. So, I came back to the state where I live after about 3 weeks.

Now my daughter is having trouble in school. I feel bad that I could not stay and help her. She posted a message on her facebook page that she is stressed because of school and other stuff.

I feel like I should have pushed myself to adjust and helped here with her studies. She would not be as stressed out.

I don't know what to do now because I left behind their back and they are calling me a "thief" and accusing me of stealing things that I did not take.

My wife passed away a number of years ago. I still simply refer to her by name when talking about her with friends, but I don't know how to refer her when talking to someone who didn't know her. "My late wife" sounds like "but she'll be here any minute, traffic must be bad", and "my ex-wife" sounds like we were divorced. "My last wife" is no good either, since it makes people wonder what happened - and they usually assume divorce. We had 9 good years of marriage, and I don't want people to get that impression. "My previous wife" and "my old wife" don't give the correct impression, either.

Any ideas?

this may be a dumb question but ive always wondered why you would date someone when you were in middle school or around that age. even in 6th grade people date. the reason i dont understand is because more then likely you wont end up marrying who your dating in 6th grade. it just seems kinda dumb. also once you leave highschool usually you dont ever see the same people again.

Every time I get to this point (of Leaving) I never can.........
What is wrong with me?? I Hate this....... Financially I can support myself and my child. But Ive become so accustomed to this lifestyle that I can't bear going back to :
-apartment life
-being alone
-getting rid of my dogs (because of apartment life)
-feeling like a failure
Just when I get the strength and the anger up to leave -I wake up the next day in tears because I can't understnad what went wrong? why does he treat me this way? why does he manipulate and control the discussions? where's the respect? why don't I deserve it? Why does he make it always my fault? then later return with a good reason for his behavior and try to excuse it. He never seems to CARE about my feeling or what the outcome of a negative action towards me will affect me......WHY!!!????

Ok well I like this girl at school and eventually want to ask her out, but do not want to rush things. I got advice from Yahoo! Answers (on a still open question) that I should invite her friends and her to hang out with me, my friends, and other people from school, and see what she does, and go from there. But I am having trouble finding a good place to try to have us all go to. A movie would be okay, but we won't have a chance to talk, and I don't kow if there's a movie for girls and guys out now. Buffalo Wild Wings was another suggestion, but I don't know if girls would be into wings or going out to eat at a place like that. A mall was suggested also, but many of my friends and other people from school probably wouldn't places for her, her friends, me, my friends, and other people from school to hang out at?
