i have a co-worker who everyone says she has this CRUSH for me and i dont see it. example: she always hugs me when she sees me, and once in a while she will put both of her hands on my face after the hug and says "im so glad to see you" or "you are so cute" etc. other things are like today... when i just got back from a week vacation, and she came into work over an hour early in order in catch me before i left. she came up two floors (im floor 2 & she is on 2) out of her way in which she NEVER heads up in my direction, came into my office, gave a great big hug, and put her hands on my face once again saying how much she missed me and she is glad i am back. i think she doesnt b/c she has a b/f, & i think she is being nice. others say i am blind & cant see this big crush she has on me. she will call me honey, but doesnt say that word to anyone else....what is your opinon.......P.S. i am not going to explore this, but i want to stop this CRUSH if she DOES have feelings for me

Coming from a girl i would definitely say yea she's got a crush. Whether it's big or small who knows. Anyone who spends that much time out of their way for you is probably doing it for some other reason than just being a good pal. I had a huge crush on a coworker who is now my husband and I did a lot of those same things to him. So it may just be a small thing but if she has a boyfriend than you should probably take care of it cause you don't want to end up in the middle of that in case it turns ugly. Being a woman and having had my own crushes, I say YES, she likes you. The fact that she has a boyfriend makes no difference; people cheat all the time. However, it sounds like her gestures make you uncomfortable. Sexual harrassment works both ways, and if this is the case, tell her to lay off the ooey gooey stuff and act professional. Do not let the situation effect your job performance or your piece of mind. Good luck.

it does sound like she likes you ,to make her stop likeing you -stop being so nice to her
maybe start wearing nasty clothes to work & have real bad breathe one day when she talks to you breathe on her & make sure you dont wear deoterant so you stink real well when she hugs you : ) hahah

i wouldn't say that she likes you. she sound's more like your grandma then girlfriend material!!!
