ok so theres this guy and i all of a sudden start talking to him and i like him now... and i get the feeling he might like me too... but i dont know if i want a boyfriend it seems like wierd to me because i dont know what to do... something to not make me think its wierd having a boyfriend? and yeah im in middle school.
but i do like him ALOT... hes just so different! and i get butterflys thinking about him! like i am right now!
guys out there ... do you get butterfly?

he wants me to join this after school program. should I? its last about 2 hours and a half... then take the school bus home. i think he might take my same bus.

Hun, it's ok to have a boyfriend, even at your age. But don't make the relationship too serious. You're not old enough for THAT yet. Give it time. And...don't jump to the conclusion that he likes you and get your hopes up. I did that a few too many times and I got my heart broken. If you want to know, ask him when the time is right. The worst that will happen is he'll say no, but you won't have to wonder anymore.

I used to get butterflies, but like all insects, they die eventually. That is the problem with young love Never having been in love before there are way too many mistakes that you can make. Take your time and for now just enjoy the excitement you get around him.
I think that you, in middle school, are too young to be thinking about guys. Focus on your education and not boys right now. You are young and have a ton of life left to live so there is plenty of time to worry about boys.

aw. why not take a chance? If your guts say that that boy might just have the feelings for you, go for it! There's no right or wrong answer.
