there's this girl we've been friends for about 5 years I've dated her bestfriend about 3 years ago and I'm now going towards dating her. I think I'm past friend zone because I've pretty much taken the place of her boyfriend without being him..... She always talks to me about the hardships going on in her life, and every class that I'm in with her I notice her staring at me and she's always trying to get close and make eye contact me. Or she'll put her hand on my shoulder all the time when she sits behind me or draws hearts and smiley faces on my neck. Issue is that she's got a boyfriend... who she sees like 3-4 times a year. She always tells me how much she never talks to him and her friends pretty much say that the best their relationship is when they ask him or her is "I dunno".They tell me all the time how they are fighting most the time.I'm not in friendzone am I?I like her a lot and she seems to like me to because she's always talking to me or making eye contact and smiling. help?

I live in a shared apartment. She's gone MADD nutz! She charged @ me with 2 knives, she threatened me with a hammer, & she tried to break into my bedroom door to try to get my computer. & the police said that she had every right to do that, & they chose to put ME in the mental hospital & not her. What should I do to secure my room more? What's the top lock called again? I forgot. & How much does it cost? Is it like a master lock or deadbolt or something?

6 months after my cruise my friend contacts him cause we are going to be in town auditioning for dance. he says of course lets hang out and invites us over. we spent time there and hung out but nothing happened between the two of us. we talked alone for about an hour and a half. he asked me if i was mad that he doesnt talk to me all the time, and i said no..its normal..we cant talk everyday. he told me to text him when i got back to the hotel, but within 10 minutes he texted me saying " thanks for coming, cant wait to see you again." we continued our convo and i eventually said goodnight have fun..and he said "all my fun left already"..then he commented me that night on myspace, and two nights later he texted me again..we talked for awhile and he explained how when i came to surprise him for a 10 minute visit it was like giving him a puppy and he was saying "can i keep it..is it mine?"..and then it got taken away from him. he told me it didnt matter what we did just as long as he got to see me. now its been about a week and we havent really been talking..i assume it might be because its hard to talk..and i will definitely be going to college where he lives

i have been with my bf for 2 months(im 20,hes 24)When I first met him i didnt really like him romantically,but i kept hearing that he liked me.we started talking on the phone and i started to hangout with him and his friends every weekend.he asked me out a month after i met him and things were awesome,he wanted to spend lots of time with me,took me to meet his parents etc.but now he's very distant he still calls everyday,but i rarely see him hes always with his buddies.we live 30 min away and only i drive(which i dont mind).On tues,he really opened up to me and he told me how his ex cheated on him and how he wants to get his life together and start a career,but then he goes out drinking.Ive told him how i feel and he tells me he really cares about me and i shouldnt worry and hes 'not going anywhere'.I told him it seems like he doesnt really care about me and he said if he didnt why would he take me to his parents.Why do u think hes acting like this?I dont want to just dump him!

me and my husabnd love each-other alot, well he says he does, but latley we just started marriage counsling, and he has been very distant. he doesnt want to do things with me anynore unless he profits from it. he says he loves me, but his actions say different, every time we fight he tells me that he doesnt love and and that he wants me and are new 3 month old son gone and out of his life, he just wants it to be him and his kids that he has from his relationship before we got together. but then the next day its back to i love u. i am confused, what is he really trying to tell me? i need some advice and words of wisdom. please help me try to understand.

My best guy friend is going to invite me to this skating thingy because he won our schools thing. My daughter's father and I separated when was 3 yrs and now she is 15. During all these years he had never paid child support until 4 yrs ago that the court found him and made him pay for all the arrears he owed. He did pay the arrears and then when he was up to date with payments he stopped again. Now it has been two years and I have not recieved a dime from him or seen him. It seems that he filed for income tax and the court took his federal and state check from him and now out of the blue he re-surface complaining to me that they took his check and suspended his licence. He is threating me to file for joint custody for my 15 yr old daughter because he doesn't think he should pay anything unless she is with him. Now my questions is can he file for joint custody for a child who is 15 and has never been in her life. My daughter and I have always been together and I'm a little scared that he might have the opportunity to take her from me.
