My friend always tells me what to do and will never listen to me she is always talking about herself and never cares about what i think or feel. Should she be a friend like that?

You can tell a little something about a man by the type of vehicle he drives.
This is just for fun…this is going off my friends and ex-boyfriends, if you have a fun stereotype add it in…..

SUV – I’m a sports nut (in a relationship, with my buddies)
Minivan – my car is in the shop (married w/kids)
Sport –I like myself too much (single but dating several people, has kids but he don’t know it)
Sport 2seater – bachelor and I DON’T WANT KIDS (dating never serious)
Sedan fully loaded – lazy
Sedan basic – it gets me from A-B (married w/kids and hard working)
Clean pick-up truck – I listen to country music (poser)
Dirty pick-up truck – I work for a living (construction worker, wife, kids, single dating, hard working man that will treat you right)

my gf does and it really pisses me off. Last night we were at petsmart and she let one go...everyone in that aisle starting checking their shoes for dog poop. Its really embarassing, and she thinks its funny. I'm sure none of you classy chicks would ever do that.

I will be moving soon, but I know I'm unable to survive on my own. All my friends are either lucky nough to stay on campus or are content on staying with their parents.

I'm at an age where I want to grow and develop as a person without family influence. Finishing school is my top priority along with developing my own opinions, experience certain things privately and I want to just understand who I am a little more ... and I can't do all these things living with my parents. I love my parents, but I just feel restrained living with them and I'm ready to branch out. Plus, I want to make my own decisions concerning my career path.

My Questions are:

1. I;m aware that I need a roomate, but what are the pros and cons of getting a roommate?

2. Where can I find a roommate that I can depend on? Are their any websites I could go to? Should I trust those who are online :(

3. What are the important things I should do before moving?

4. Am I wrong for feeling this way?

When your so heartbroken that you can't eat, sleep, barely smile...you don't want to go out with your friends on weekends anymore and you don't want to go to work when you used to like it? When you cry every day? When just the thought of him being with someone else besides you makes you want to just end it all....was I in love? Is that why it hurts so bad to have it gone? hey guys, i went to a bank and i was talking to this banker, and one thing leads to another, and i pull her number and before that she also said she would go out with me sometime, but when i called her a couple hours later, when i talk to her, she says that the bank does not allow their employees go out with their customers, i kind of disagree ( told her that i would close my account, yeah right ) to that and she told me should would think about it and let me know, what do you guys think, was she just makin some bull up so she can avoid me or is it really true that bankers are not allowed to go out with customers

have been with my bf for 2 months(im 20,hes 24)When I first met him i kept hearing that he really liked me.we started talking on the phone and i started to hangout with him and his friends every weekend.he asked me out a month after i met him and things were awesome,he wanted to spend LOTS of time with me,took me to meet his parents & ALL his friends etc.but now he's very distant he still calls everyday,but i rarely see him hes always with his buddies.we live 30 min away and only i drive(which i dont mind).On tues,he really opened up to me and he told me how his ex cheated on him and how he wants to get his life together and start a career,but then he goes out drinking.Ive told him how i feel and he tells me he really cares about me and i shouldnt worry and hes 'not going anywhere'.I told him it seems like he doesnt really care about me and he said if he didnt why would he take me to his parents,which is true BUT,why do u think hes acting like this?I dont understand what changed!

I am 20 years old and a ex marine. When I was in the service I was injured badly, For a month it was touch and go if i would live. Now I am medically discharged. But i am in a very serious relationship and I love this girl. I have recovered and am thinking of going back into the corp. But she is begging me not to. I understand it is because she is afraid of loosing me. But at the same time my friends my fellow marines are fighting and dieing. And I am as safe as can be here in the states. My boyfriend just broke up with me after over a year of a wonderful relationship. We get along great and never fight. We love spending time with each other and have spent almost every weekend together for the last year or so. He says that he absolutely loves being with me, he just isn't sure that he is in love with me. He is my best friend and I am so scared to lose him. After dating 6 months my boyfriend talked about marriage openly but in limited quantities. It is now going on year 4 and I blew past my self quotas of "If he doesn't ask by day x then I should move on."

I love him alot and I don't want to have to ask for a ring. I am sure he would give one but I want him to want to give it to me. He says that it is going to happen after grad school but it keeps getting put off and it keeps upsetting me to tears. I try and share my feelings about it but he has no advice for me even though he is the advice king to his friends. He has the money and both our parrents love each other.
He genuinly says he wants to marry me and that he loves me and that he is shopping but he also has been shopping for a new car for 5 years and a computer for 4 years. Should I suck it up and ruin the spontaneity of his proposal by asking? I gave up jobs to stay in town for him and his dreams I don't understand why he can't return the gesture of sacrifice.
