If you've alredy Refused to Go To The Beach With Her That Should Be Bad Enough, And The Ice Should Be Broken After that You Could Tell Her That You Think It's Time For You Both To Loose Some Wieght And Ya'll Could Start Working Out Together, And In The Mean Time You Could Go Out And Buy Her A one Piece.

There is no nice or gentle way to break it to her
Maybe take her shopping and suggest she try something new
Or just buy her a one piece as a gift or something
If you tell her she is too fat she will hate you there is no gentle way to go about this
But it sounds to me ilke you may not appreciate what you have, how would you like it if she told you you should buy a smaller sized condom because the ones you use are too big for you
Its kinda like that, no matter what its gonna hurt so try subtle hints or just get over its her body and if she is comfortable in a bikini its really her choice

Wait until the next time the both of you go swimming and start pointing out attractive ladies in one pieces. If she says anything to you (and she probably will) about making comments about other women, tell her that you just think that two-pieces are really slutty looking. Tell her that she looks great in a two-piece but you think that women just look so much better in a one piece! If she cares about you at all she will value your opinion. Then offer to buy her a "HOT" new suit.

look did you date her because she was skinnny no she was fat right well why are you embaressed of her so shes fat so what if she feels good in the 2 piece then leave it alone shes doing it for you and her self what you should be worried about is what the other people will be saying its bad but some people think we all have to be skinny and the fats need to cover it up well look around these days you see more fat and were comming out of the baggy clothes people there are more of us than you and soon we will be the pretty ones god people get over the fat skinny thing and worry about the real world things

Chances are she already knows if she is overwieght. You telling her is like kicking her when she's down. If you love her, you might consider helping her lose the weight maybe the two of you could start a workout program together even if it's just walking the neighborhood. That will show her you care and are not just trying to be mean. And if you are truly embarrassed to be with her, then I suggest you find someone else b/c it is not fair to either of you.

No disrespect, but how can someone you really love embarrass you? If it doesn't bother her, it shouldn't bother you. I'm a big girl, 178 and 5'1 and there is no way I would wear a 2 piece, but if I did my husband would love me that much more. My husband is happy as long as I'm happy. Besides what difference does it make if she's a lot of woman, she's yours and no one else should be looking at her anyways.

Just tell her as lovengly as possiable, that you think theres other types of bathing suits out there that will flatter her figure more than the one shes wearing! Go with her when she goes shopping and let her now how nice she looks in that one piece she tried on.
Good Luck

just go shopping with her and pick out a cute 1 piece and tell her it would look great on her. If she questions you tell her that you think she would look better in a 1 pc. no need to go into the "fat" discussion.

She should be able to figure that out by herself. Unless someone has a flat stomach, they have no business in a bikini. Men should also go by this rule in their swim suits. Just tell her the truth, but be nice about it.

Tell her the truth. But not in a mean way. Just say "Baby I would feel more comfortable going to the beach with you if you wore a one piece" or something like that. Don't be harsh!
