My friend always tells me what to do and will never listen to me she is always talking about herself and never cares about what i think or feel. Should she be a friend like that?

NO, friends do not tell friends what and when to do something. Friends are there for one another to tell stories to, lean on when times are tough, get advise from. Friends don't let friends drink and drive, Friends don't let friends do drugs, . Parents are there to tell us what to do and bosses are for when we are at work.....
