There are a couple of approach u can take on this....

You can either be direct and put your feelings out there and let her know how you feel....

or

You can kinda play it off and tell her "Maybe we should start dating or something....:" Then kinda read her reaction and see where she stands. Ofcourse much more difficult.

Personally I would choose the first one. I did it and didnt work out. We were still friends and not once did it ever feel akward. We just kept the friendship going and pretty much brushed the whole incident off. We never really brought it up and i felt like atleast i know for sure that there was really nothing there than sit and wonder about what the situation really is.

I would do something romantic. Like a candle light dinner on the beach, or (if you don't live near the beach) do a candle light dinner in a park or something. Because you want to set the mood. You just don't want to be, "Hey let's date." Show her that you are serious, and that you really mean what you feel. If she's smart, she'd like you too. But just be yourself, and if she says that she's not ready or that she just wants to remain friends, be okay with that. Because with time, she'll probably end up feeling the same way. Good luck!

when you haven't seen her for a couple days. and get the chance give her a hug and a kiss on the cheek.
tell her she is beautiful and looks great.
tell her she smells good.
start slowly , don't hit her on the head all at once.
Slowly start little things you might do when you like anyone else.
Touch her arm, shoulder, when you talk to her, rest your hand for a moment longer than you would if she wa just a pal..
Touch her hair, tell her it looks great.
Sit next to her when you have the opportunity.
Ask her if she'd like to go to a movie with you.
you don't have to explain your intentions to her. she will get it and if she feels it she will let you know.

If you both are on the same level of understanding then she is probably receiving your messages on its accurate level. Boys initially starts the first moves ... even if the girls are carrying same feelings. Just be a romantic hero and wait under her balcony with a guitar and sweet flower.

Good luck.

Just casually mention it but talk to her in a serious fragile way and let her know how you feel. Do something romantic like meet her at a place you both like eating at or secretly. Good Luck!

Well that is hard!! But if you don't tell her soon then it is going to get harder and harder. You just have to be yourself and try to act the same as you always are around her.
