I gave my girl fren( unofficial ) a soft toy. Now she is overseas and she took it along. What does this mean?Aww man i really miss her, what do i do?We still mail each other once every week... been under the impression that everything was ok. I was still clearly upset, but didn't want to talk anymore. I had pulled over so I wouldnt have to drive while upset in the dark, on the phone and crying so I just wanted go home. We covered pretty much everything. FYI- He left his cell in my car and I looked through it. He had some questionable texts and I told him I saw them. This isnt the 1st time. He said he didint feel bad because I shouldnt have snooped. Also, he said something like if I cant handle what I might find, then I shouldnt pry. I told him he had complete disregaurd for our relationship and me. I said it was disrespectful for him to carry on like that & say such things to a girl who isnt me. Keep in mind this is ONLY what I have concrete proof of- who knows what else he's done that I'm oblivious to. I told him a relationship cant work if I have these suspicions of him (that have been proven right MORE than once), & if he cant trust me to not snoop. Any breakup advice?

I am leaving for Rehab in 2 weeks and my husband is trying to talk me into signing over my rights to our child to him. He says that it would just be while I was in treatment. The only problem is....he will be in Iraq and she would live with my mother-in-law. He is saying that she would bring her to AL after I was stable. So I am worried that he will end up signing over rights to his mom (who would fight tooth and nail). I need to know if I dont sign over rights could he assign custody since I will be in rehab? Also is there any guardianship forms that we could use that say that I give up custody UNTIL I am done with rehab then I resume full custody again?? Thanks

I've been with my boyfriend for 5 years and known him for 9 years. I am 24 he is 23. We are both still virgins, wow, right? It has been hard for both of us believe me. I wanted to wait till I was married, which he was ok with, but he says he's not ready to marry or even thinking about marriage until he has a career (he wants to be an actor/writer) and has something to offer me. We have an awsome realationship and trust one another completely. I understand were he is coming from but I know he does have committment issues (his mom went through 3 marriages). He says he never wants to have to go through that. Do you think he is telling the truth or is it more he is scared of commiting? I have been also thinking about having sex with him because I do love him, and I really want to but I am scared I will regret it. I think even if we don't get married to him I would be happy I did it, I don't know. It's hard because I have no complaints. Does anyone have any advice or similar circumstance?

have been with my bf for 2 months(im 20,hes 24)When I first met him i kept hearing that he really liked me.we started talking on the phone and i started to hangout with him and his friends every weekend.he asked me out a month after i met him and things were awesome,he wanted to spend LOTS of time with me,took me to meet his parents & ALL his friends etc.but now he's very distant he still calls everyday,but i RARELY see him hes always with his buddies.we live 30 min away and only i drive(which i dont mind).On tues,he really opened up to me and he told me how his ex cheated on him and how he wants to get his life together and start a career,but then he goes out drinking.Ive told him how i feel and he tells me he really cares about me and i shouldnt worry and hes 'not going anywhere'.I told him it seems like he doesnt really care about me and he said if he didnt why would he take me to his parents,which is true BUT,why do u think hes acting like this?What should i do now?

Why is it that I get jealouse everytime he does this?? I should trust him and I think I do but it still bothers me. I think of bars and clubs and I think this is where single people hang out -

Ok he was forced to breakup with this girl he really liked cuz his family did not aprove of her being less than a year under 18. Just weeks later his ex of 2 x's begs him back and wants to try again. Ever since the breakup( 2 1/2 months) I know he has kept contact with the girl he brokeup with (cuz they want to remain friends) but....he texts her at least 2x's week asking her what she is doing? Hows life?...hows this and that? Plus he still gets to see her briefly a few times a week. so you tell me what is really going on in his mind? So one of my friends really really likes one of her best guy friend.they're so close they say they are like family and dont like eacother but she deeply does she told me and the guy that she likes best friend I asked the guy if he liked her and he said that they were like sister and brother and it would be gross dating her or anything like that. My husband and I fight all the time about going to visit my family. He thinks we should only see them once or twice a year. If it were up to me I would visit them once a month. My mom even offers to pay for us to come see them. I tell my husbands if he doesn’t want to go then don’t go but he can’t keep me from seeing them. My mom and I are very close. Are there any sites that can give advice on divorce (advantages and disadvanyages) for older people? Such as, financially, are they better off divorced because of health reasons where if one is institutionalized, the other would not be held financially responsible and could be able to keep their retirement?
