She is moving into a new house in a new subdivision, so there is not much landscape. Actually, there is not even grass yet. So, I thought a tree might be something cool for the new place and it will last forever. I thought a fruit tree would be cool, but if you don't clean it up it may make a mess in the yard. So what do you think? Would you like a tree (fruit or regular) as a wedding gift?? if not, what else should I get her?? I don't want to just get crap on the gift registry, because it's just a bunch of small kitchen stuff, and everyone else is getting that junk anyway.

Ok here is the thing, I'm feeling really horrible for this and to even be asking about it but it is really bothering me and want to fix it....

I just got engaged 1 month ago and am in love with this guy he is the best thing ever and we have been through alot and are still going strong, we have been together for 4 years now.

Now since we've gotten engaged I have been dreaming of an ex of mine (7 years ago), (haven't been dreaming of him every night or anything but a few times) but I don't understand why. I never had this problem before, why now?

I feel like I'm betraying my finacee and I don't want to feel that way.

Please Help, should I feel bad like I do?

A month ago I met a girl from the net, we hit it off and we seem to be becoming serious. She Lives 3 hours from me and we rotate to each others house every other weekend. Before we started dating I was mainly with family on weekends. Now that my situation has changed and I have a GF now, I have been spending the majority of my time with her and much less with family. Now I am getting critisicm from family "they never see me anymore" " they dont matter" and they are saying that I for got about them. Am I making the wrong choice? I am 27 yrs old and looking to my future as far as planning for my life and as far as marriage. How can I make my family understand that my life is different now because I have started dating again? My only free time is on the weekends because of my work, I am out of town M-F so the only time that I have for myself to date or be with family is on the weekends. Like I said my weekends lately have been spending quality time with GF rather than with fam.

Of course, dating success will mean different things to different people, which is okay because I'd like some varied perspectives.

I own a legal parent/child dwelling. My family lives upstairs, he and his wife live downstairs. She drinks and is very abusive to him. I believe I can call the police and have her taken out of the house for the night, no? But, Can I throw her out permanently? Do I need to do a formal eviction, since this is not a landlord tenant situation? Or can I just pack her stuff and send her walking?

If he is married (for a few yrs and they had a baby a few months ago), why is he looking for someone else? I mean he showed interest in me. I did not seduce him or anything.

I just got done hanging out with a girl and her friend today, we went to Petco where she bought her guy friend a fish for his birthday today! LOL, but anyways it was fun, But as we were driving she asked me about my day so far, and I said which was reallllly stupid Its been kind of boring so far, and she replied o that sucks. Do you think she took it the wrong way, because I didn't mean hanging out with her was boring I just meant my day thus far before hanging out with them had been boring. so should I text them and say that, or should I just hope they didn't take it the wrong way??? That question kind of caught me off guard. But what should I do? I don't want to seem like desperate or anything but still it kind of bothers me. I won't see them for like two weeks because I'm going to Florida for my spring break. What should I say if you think I should say something to tell them?

thanks

We are getting married in Vegas. Should we have a small get together in our hotel room for all of the wedding party? My fiances family cannot afford to pay for a dinner, but I thought we could get some wine and snacks and have a toast for the next day-what do you think?

Older women are my weakness. I hang out in coffee shops and super markets....the old cougars are all over these type of places. But you have to go to the high end neighborhoods for the beauties.

hi, i know this sounds silly and i should know this but....we've known eachother 12 years, married 7, have 2 kids, he works full time I'm a stay at home mom (for now) and I feel disconnected. He doesn't help around the house, doesn't clean toilets , doesn't do homework with the kids, doesn't play with them on weekends (more like babysits only), ALWAYS wakes up late, NEVER brings me breakfast (happens once a year). I know as a fact he loves his children to death and loves me as a good mom but I wish he would help more and even if he didn't help at all, i would probably be less resentful if he was always happy (like when i first met him) but he comes home after the kids are sleeping and it doesn't bother him that he doesn't see them. I feel lonely ALL of the time and he doesn't notice or doesn't care. Out of the blue he'll say very expressively how much he loves me and can't wait to go on vacation with the family and sometimes i feel like I'm just expecting too much. Thanks 4 listni

I've been with my boyfriend for years but I'm not in love with him, we have a kid and he's great with him but I'm so miserable sometimes over this. Usually I just get on with it but I want someone I love and can't wait to see, oh you know. I met a guy a couple of years ago that I completely fell for but didn't do anything because I'm in a relationship already. He felt the same and it killed me to end the friendship but I was scared I would be unfaithful. He has now met someone else but I have never gotten over him. He was not the cause of the way I feel about my boyfriend. GOD what do I do?????????????????????

Match.com date (lame I know) which started off the usual way: several emails which went well, several phone conversations which went well. Even offered support since she was going through a family problem before we ever met ("call me if you need anything..."). She saw what I look like, my pics are accurate. So finally I drive 45 minutes to her and take her out to dinner, spend like 4 hours, pay for it etc. Seemed to go well. She seemed interested, laughed etc. End of date, told her Id call her after she returned from a weekend trip, and I did call her sun night, again monday night and left a msg saying nice to meet you call me back when you get a chance. Never returned my call. Blew me off cold. To me, not responding to initial e-mails or a phone call is one thing, but after all that to not even have the decency to call me back if even to say not into it, is BS and shows a complete lack of respect for me. Is it me or is this BS?

My cousin has a laptop, and mom found that sex sites had been visited on it. My cousin said that he didn't do it, and blamed me for it, he's in his 30's and own up for his own stuff! I need a lie to get out of this (since my mom won't understand or believe me!) so that I can go to a party tommorow.
