You probally should have taken your chance on Valentine's Day. Just call her up, ask her if she'd like to go out to lunch or any meal. At the restraunt, surprise her with a love letter or a flower. Then take things from there. She needs to know how you feel because she could be interested in you and you just don't know it.

Find a girl. Tell her she has the most beautiful eyes and then walk away. If she asks u ur name, ur in the clear. Now, caress her cheeks gently and then ask her out. Make it romantic. The first date is important. KEYWORD: first.
everything first in a relationship is very very important. it all depends on the first kiss, first date, first everything. so dont screw up. because it is rare that you find a girl that would give you a a second try.

You cant make anyone love or like you but you just be yourself and see how things end up but if you like her you should still ask her out thats the only way to see if she like you back and if she says no then at least yall will still be friends

what you need to do is just be yourself! when we stress about these things we tend to change into someone we dont even know ourselves. My best friend is now my fiance and we are to be married in feb 2008. for 4 years of loving him like a brother he never told me he was in love with me, but i knew! :D then i started to feel different about him and i just told him straight out. my approach was: can i tell you something? he replyed of course... i said to him, alex, lately i been having feelings for you. more than a friend and i cant help it but i am attracted to you! and ever since then we have been in love and happy. just be honest and stop wasting time bc he/she may be waiting for you to take the chance, dont miss out! good luck :D
