i lost a family member a couple of days ago and i cried a lot the day they passed away but i haven't cried since then. is there something wrong with me coz i feel like the person is still alive. i get sad sometimes but i don't cry????

I broke up with my bf few days ago and i can't cope...I love him and I miss him so much that I have this constant pain in my chest...I've tried keeping my mind busy, talking about it with friends, doing things that I usually enjoy but nothing helps...I can't eat or sleep...and can't stop crying...He is doing fine, he's out to clubs and bars every night meeting new friends...I tried to talk to him cos we'd always talked about everything but it seems he's turned into a totally different person...it's like he just doesn't care anymore...He only said that I should move on and go out more...But I've already tried it and it doesn't work...I'm desperate...I just need this pain, at least the physical one, to go away...does anyone know what might help?My mind is stuck on him and all my body hurts...it feels as if there is a knife inside me tearing me apart...anyone been there?

After 2 years of marriage and a 2 month old daughter, my wife decided she has lost all love for me and wants to be taken care of by her parents since life is to stressful. Her attitude changed 3 months in into the pregancy and I thought I would change once her hormones calmed down, but I was wrong.... There is this guy who i have been kind of flirting with we have made out a few times but it is never really a constsnt thing it happens like once a month. I'm getting really tired of not knowing where we stand but i don't want to scare him off because i like him a whole lot!!!!!!!!!Lately nothing has been happening between us but he kind of has been trying a little harder i guess to reach out though he comes up to me and says hi and strats a conversation with me and he give me really really big hugs which is unusal for him.but nothing has happened in a while between us. he is also hard to read and does not really like to voice his opinions. do i give up? how do i get him to open up with out scaring him away? She's an alcholic, very much in denial, very critical of everyone else's life, incl. mine. She's very negative, not fun to be around at all & I have avoided her for months due to these reasons. She claims to be making amends with people now so am assuming it's my turn. how do I handle this with an open mind but also be guarded for the same old behavior as she hasn't gotten any professional help for drinking so don't know that there will truly be any change.

I have crept the city streets with my mother looking for a brother who lives his life in the streets since I was 10--I am now 30. I recently told my mother I would no longer help her track him down on the streets in only God-knows-what kind of hell hole. She recently stopped speaking to me. I don't think I'm wrong on this, but just in case...what do you think?

Hey. How are you? Ever since we stopped talking, (me and her haven't talked for ten months) I had been going over everything in my head, trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. You know, I still remember what you said to me the last time we talked, the things you were mad at me about. I remember the first thing you said was that I harassed you. It's kind of funny really, that was the last thing I ever wanted to do to you but I guess I did anyway. If you said that because I called you every weeknight, it as only because when we were at school we'd only talk for two minutes. I never really got to talk to you when it'd be just me and you. Even when I called, someone else would always call. I was always afraid that I was doing something wrong to make you not like me.

Someone like me who has a good job and is not afraid to pay the way at least most of the time. Also, I would treat you like a person, not a prize. I've never cheated and never will.

Or would you rather date someone who has a good job but if stingy with his money. Someone who treats you like you should just be happy you're with him. Someone who would cheat if he had a good opportunity.

Or someone with no job or lousy one who either can't even pay his way or makes you pay for all of it. Someone who thinks you're just a piece. Someone who cheats every chance he gets.

I ask because I always get dumped for either the second or third type of guy. It sucks. Follow up question: Can anyone tell me why I get dumped for these losers?

Fellas, lets say you became divorced and had to pay alimony because your wife became accustomed to the lifestyle she acquired while married to you. There's a little justice in this one though. I want to do something for my husband for his birthday, it is about a month away.
