If there is a boy you like or your interested in, go talk to him and start flirting a bit not too much or he will think you are coming on a bit to strong, start conversations with the guy and compliment him dont worry you will find a boyfriend, it takes time

Become someone so extraordinary that all boys will be clamoring for your attention. In other words, let them come to you. You may be trying to hard to attract boys that you come off as desperate. Chill out and live a great life and guys will notice and want to be with you. If you're just another boy crazy, low self esteem, worried about "if these pants make my but look big" chick trying to get guys to notice you, you'll get lost in the crowd. Be Special and Have Fun. You should ask if any guys want to go out with you. Find out what boys are looking for in girls your age. Talk to your friends and see if they could hook you up with a relative if a friend.
