There is this guy who i have been kind of flirting with we have made out a few times but it is never really a constsnt thing it happens like once a month. I'm getting really tired of not knowing where we stand but i don't want to scare him off because i like him a whole lot!!!!!!!!!Lately nothing has been happening between us but he kind of has been trying a little harder i guess to reach out though he comes up to me and says hi and strats a conversation with me and he give me really really big hugs which is unusal for him.but nothing has happened in a while between us. he is also hard to read and does not really like to voice his opinions. do i give up? how do i get him to open up with out scaring him away? What do i do????????

Comming from a guy, sounds like he's really into you and wanted to start something. You might have sent the wrong signal by not acting on it and he might be moving away. If i were you I would try my best to get him interested again. It sounds like he wants something to happen...

Back in my earlier days, during high school, I've experienced the same, in the guy's situation. We were getting very intimite without going all the way. I think he is just trying to think of a way to consolidate the actual status of your relationship. He definitely wants you too, just doesn't know how to actually "Confirm" it you know? I don't see how you two can, and quote, "make out a few times" and still not be actually IN a relationship... seems bizzare to me lol. Holding hands seem conventional but it might help make him realize that you want to get with him FOR REALS too. Do that in public :)
And no, don't sleep with him lol... at least not yet~

Ask him out. Go out on a date with him. Get him out of the black and white/ nothing or making out. Let him see you in a different way but maintain the sexy appeal that you have over him. Go to dinner and a movie. Make dinner intimate and the movie lite. Comedy. This way you both can see if you like each others company enough to hang out more. If you do it will grow from there.

You have to make him realise theres nothing to be afraid of, if this guy likes you and he is scared to open up what are you going to do about it?
If you guys get togethor what will happen if he is too scared to open up

Well, you can always ask him how he feels about you, and you tell him how you feel about him.
Just don't go telling him that you're desperately in love with him, or you'll scare him away

coming from a guy, you should just kiss him! get his hands and put them on your hips or around you or maybe somewhere else where you want him to touch you. like i always do with my gf, i'll tell her, "if you want me to put my hands on you, then tell me to touch you or just get my hands and put them on you." or i'll ask her if i can touch her before i do it. but just kiss him and put his hands where you want them.
