My friends told me a watch is like a status symbol so I thought I should get one before this date so I can impress a girl. What brand should I get?

With more people having cell phones which show you the time, watches are less popular than before. So it would probably show more status by having an expensive cell phone, which is cheaper than having an expensive watch. But if i had to choose a watch it would be a Breitling.

Haha, oh dear. Honey, a watch isn't going to get you into a girl's good graces all by itself. If you're dead set on it, get the best - Omega and Rolex are the most impressive to me. Just for goodness' sake, don't get a watch with a velcro band. :o)

That depends on how much you want to spend. I always buy timex they last me a few years and i have always liked them. But dont buy one to impress a girl, just so you know i dont look at what watch a guy is wearing, usually at what is more noticable like his clothing.

I wouldn't listen to your friends much.
Buy a watch you can wear with different style clothes. I have a Seiko I bought for $35. on Ebay. I've had it for 4 years. Still looks great.

Dont buy things. to impress GIRLS. We're picky on everything, we look at the designer and the cost...jdont waste money on something like that. Buy a watch if you NEED it.
