I am 17 years old and I have lived in NJ all my life. My parents have had plans of moving to NC when me and my older brother graduate, [ ever since I was a little girl ]. I have family there and my brother just graduated and Im about to start my senior year in high school. They just found a house with acres in NC. We are down for the weekend and they are trying to decide what to do. Move Now? Move in a year? Buy a house? Buy acres? there are so many things we need to consider. We don't even know where my parents can find jobs but for their career fields it shouldnt be hard for either one of them. Today they asked me if I am ready to move down here now or if I want to finish school in NJ. I dont know where I will be able to go to college, I have been wanting to move and start a new life bc I have gone thru a lot especially in these past few years, but I don't really want to leave behind my 2 best friends and job even though, my friends will be leaving and going off their seperate ways next year anyways [ because of college. I don't know what to do? or how to go about this. I would love to hear your thoughts and what you would do in this situation. Thank you =]

He compliments me all the time: Calls me cool, sensible, down-to-earth, and has said i was really pretty and drop-dead gorgeous.

We talk on MSN for like 3 hrs a night, and hanged out Thursday Night, all Friday, and we are today again.

He said he wants to take it slow, but on Thursday he gave me a real tight hug, and yesterday he hugged me, squeezing me and kind of jittering; it was such a secure hug (i felt very safe and warm) and he kind of hugged me like he didn't want to let me go.

I'm the one who always suggests it is time to end the dates. He doesn't care what we do. He smiles the whole time on the dates, and always stares into my eyes.

He has written me a story, and I told him I'd treasure it... and he said the story isn't good enough for me then.

Well i kinda like this guy, but hes only 13 and in the 8th grade, i'm in the 10th grade, i'm on the younger end of the grade though i'm not going to be 16 for 3 monthes. I met him in a theater group adn we live about 30 min away, i joke with him and talk to him, but we don't see each other outside of the theater group. I like him but i'm worried that everyone will think i'm too old for him. The school he comes from is a lot "faster" than my school. for some reason in my school system everyones on a slower track than else where, like people didn't really start dating till this year. Hes defiently matture for his age, and hes slightly taller than me. I really like him but i'm not sure what to do. I"m really worried that eveyoen, especialy him will think hes too young and i'm too old.

ok today is Saturday, and Thursday is right around the corner. my friends and i are meeting and a guy i like and he likes me bak is coming. i kinda gained some weight and dont want to make a bad impression. Is there any way to lose weight by Thursday, the 15th, without going anorexic, or pills?

I had free tickets to a hockey game for her and her family but her husband doesn't want to go....so now I am stuck with no alternate plan....it needs to be something we could do at night and ideally something suited for children...but it doesn't have to be. Thanks ahead for any insight offered.

My former friend and I were both in the housing market. We live in a small town and are in the same price range. She mentioned a house that she liked and I agreeded that it was a cute house. I told her that I was going to look at it. We joked about getting into a bidding war. I called her after I looked at it and she looked at it. I asked her what she thought of the house, she said it was cute but it needed a lot of work and she was going to looka t other houses. I took that as she wasn't interested. So I went ahead and made an offer. the offer was accepted and I bought it. She has ended our friendship saying I stabbed her in the back and was not a good friend. I felt like she didn't want the house and when I found out she was mad, I even offered to take back my offer but she told me not to. we aren't friends anymore. Do you think I was wrong to put an offer on the house?

Junior Prom is around the corner, and I don't feel comfortable and really don't think it would be acceptable to bring my boyfriend with me as my date. This is because he's five years older than me, and he's my student history teacher (we were really good friends for years and liked eachother even before he became a student teacher.) Anyway, I was talking to my friend Madeline's boyfriend, Ian, about how I wasn't going to bring my boyfriend to Prom, and he was like, "You should go with me, as friends." I was like, "Umm- I don't think Madeline would like that very much." Anyway, now, Madeline's mad at me, or whatever. I feel really bad. Did I do something wrong? How can I get her to stop being mad at me and show her that I didn't do anything and that her boyfriend is the one at fault??! Hi i am 21 yrs old and am in a long term relationship with my bf 23 yrs old whom i love .Recently talks of marriage/engagement have been brought up between us.My issue is that when i was 18 yrs old i made the bad decision to run away to marry my then 22 yr old bf that i had only met and dated for 4 months beforehand. What are some ways for me to determining whether a girl likes me more as a friend or a potential boyfriend? Are there any signals? And/or are there any things that I can do that may cause a reaction from her, a reaction that leans to one view of me over the other?

We are both divorced and have teenage children. We have been dating, but I find myself wanting to know if he is exclusively with me. I have personally chosen to be with him exclusively, but don't know how to word it with him without offending him. We are both very outgoing, busy people and I don't feel that it is a matter of trust because we have never agreed to be exclusive, nor have we ever stated that we were still dating others. I would like to know if we have stepped up to the next level, or is he content with the present relationship. We have good communication skills but I just can't seem to frind the right words to tell him, or ask him without worring that I will overstate my expectations of our relationship. We have both been terribly hurt in out past marriage and I don't want to scare him off by stating it wrong. I'm not a flower person so I really want to minimise my flowerage at the wedding, esp. the church. I have thought about bows on pews and scented candles. Also I have thought about buying nice stargazer lillies (my bouquet flowers) from Tesco and putting them in glass vases at the alter. I dont want to spend loads on flowers! Any other suggestions!

Alright, first off, I am a freshman in highschool. There is a girl in one of my classes and my lunch. She will always say my name when she sees me, and we will talk. She will laugh at my jokes. When we talk we keep good eye contact. When she sees me in the hall she will stop and wait for me to catch up to her and we will talk.
