ok today is Saturday, and Thursday is right around the corner. my friends and i are meeting and a guy i like and he likes me bak is coming. i kinda gained some weight and dont want to make a bad impression. Is there any way to lose weight by Thursday, the 15th, without going anorexic, or pills?

my mom wont let me run by myself and i cant drive. she doesnt even feel safe with me going running with my brother. i need to lokse 5-10 lbs. please help. and its not to get the guy to keep liking me.

Okay, I want this year to go perfect. Try to get the guy and friends away from traffic, you know the hum of cars and such. This will be the hardest part of the quest. Not saying to ditch people. Now, to lose weight like that might make you feel weak but you seem tough enough. Just eat every other day for awhile and eat only healthy stuff. The plan remains the same regardless. No looking at the weight number upon the eve or day of the occasion.

I don't think there is any good way to make the scale go down in that length of time. My advice is to exercise an hour every day, or at least do something active and to eat sensibly. Either buy a new outfit or plan to wear one that makes you feel like a million $. You will not look any thinner (sorry) but you will look good because you feel good and he will see that and probably not see the weight gain.

You just need to calm down and maybe run a little or alot depending on what you want to do but I will never mind anything if a girl after some time got a little bigger or something so just calm down.

Hey Lola! The best way to impress a guy is to "be yourself" and act naturally. Losing a few pounds won't make any difference to him. If you have a pleasant personality, I'm sure he will like you. Believe me. - I'm a guy.

go to gym every day.. eat healthy (dont try to starve yourself) and the punds are off quickly.... oh and also choose some clothes that dont put everything out there.. choose something check out some clothing that kinda hide all the stomach and the junk in the trunk.. you know just dont try too hard
