What are some inexpensive or free things I could do tonight for my sister's 20th birthday?

I had free tickets to a hockey game for her and her family but her husband doesn't want to go....so now I am stuck with no alternate plan....it needs to be something we could do at night and ideally something suited for children...but it doesn't have to be. Thanks ahead for any insight offered.

Bake her a cake and invite her to dinner. Rent movies or play board games.

Watch her kids and let her obviously boring husband (what man doesn't like hockey!) take her out.
