I have been involved in an interest relationship fo five years. Nothing really physical, but the emotions are there for both him and I. (we were physical when I saw him though) His job forces him to travel all around the world.. so I am only able to see him once every couple of years. Even through relationships with other men, I still continue to talk to him on a regular basis. Back in October he got married to a beautiful woman. He called me weeks prior telling me he was nervous, thought about me on a daily basis, and wished she was me. After talking to him through it all, I finally concluded that the reason he was getting married was because the clock was ticking.. and he felt he NEEDED to marry someone soon before it was too late. Him and I were in different directions in life. I never EVER thought this would happen! Every relationship I have been in, I never took seriously because I had him in the back of my head.. I cant even love my boyfriend now because of him.. advice!?

Nothing pushy like a red rose or anything, just a nice little flower or two. Is this pushy, sweet, or trite? Thoughts, ladies? (Note: this is for someone in mid-twenties)

Then i scroll down on his comments to see a half naked girl from texas wrote him a comment, saying I love you aj your fantastic and some other stuff. Even though shes from texas and the photo shop eachothers pictures.i thought this was inapropriate! Then i go into her profile and he wrote her a comment saying Whitney {the girl} was a hottie. i don't think he should be saying other girls are hotties. What do you think? I feel like I am emotionally burning out my fiance. I find that when we argue I don't want him mad at me and I pester him saying I am sorry and that I want to make it better. It becomes like a compulsion and I feel like I can't stop until I know that he has either forgiven me or not mad at me. I admit I can be emotionally draining and trying at times, but he tells me that I am too much to handle and that he does not want to listen to me anymore. He said maybe I am not the guy for you. I am in a tailspin and I feel out of control. What do people need when they feel smothered from an emotionally draining person. Please help me

Some people have feelings for somebody else. Other than their girl or
boyfriends. Or husbands and wives for that matter. But never tell anyone
about there true feelings. Perhaps the qualities you seek in your love
interest, is daily exposed by a significant other. Do you love someone else ?

My soul flies
Falls wheeling through midnight skies
Must realize
That there is nowhere else I want to be
Moonbeams turn their faces in dazzling crescendo
Starlight spins dancing in celestial firelit rainbow
Float me free
On a heavenly sea
Every time your Starry Eyes
Turn towards me

We have probably been in a situation where we have pondered where our relationship falls with someone. Dating, Acquaintance, Lover, boyfriend/girlfriend, etc…. I understand that the term boyfriend and girlfriend is simply a formality. But it places a sense of solidarity among a couple does it not?
We all know if we ask someone, “So-and-so are we boyfriend and girlfriend yet?” and this is not what the other person had in mind, it could mean disaster for us. It could make the other person feel pressured, smothered or even worst, wanting you to leave them alone altogether!
So when can we safely say, or better yet at what point after dating someone, for what length of time, can we make the leap from asking someone that we have been casually dating, to becoming “Boyfriend” or “Girlfriend”?

Okay, this all happened yesterday, we had gotten into an argument. I wanted to fix it and have everything back to normal. So we talked over the phone when he started to say I had lied to him, when I never lied to him because I like him a lot. Then he said he couldn't trust me anymore, because I had lied to him about something that is personal to both of us. I started to cry because I didn't know why he was calling me a liar, soo the next morning I ask my mom what had happened with that story she told me about him, It happen to be that I misunderstood everything and swicthed it around. But I didn't lie to him, it was just a simple misunderstanding. But now I don't know how to fix the problem? and how to gain his friendship and his trust again? I need help! Please...

I am the matron of honor. I am trying to throw a coed bridal shower and the mother and sister(maid of honor) are giving me hell. They keep taking over and cutting me out. First they said we don't need financial help from the other 6 bridesmaids. Then out voting me and picking a very exspensive venue for the shower ($3,000). So since they took care of the place Invitations was my job. When I tried to send invitations they decided they didn't like it so they went out bought new ones and told my friend(their neice) who is a bridesmaid that they wont be using MY invitations. I was livid. So the shower is in april. I feel like just showing up and not helping out now. what should I do ? Should I tell the bride?

Hi girls, I want to know something.

I have a friend. He is quite a good looking guy, but besides that, girls go for him big time. I know he likes meeting girls, and he goes out to meet them. But when goes out, he just comes across as he is having fun. He just doesn`t seem to try. He just has fun, and doesn`t focus on the one he wants. He is a nice guy though.

Me on the other hand, when I go out, I also like to go and meet girls and am quite a decent looking guy. I do pay attention to the girl I want to hook up with and get to know better.

Is the trick to simply go out and have a good time like my bud, be merry and thats when they come and simply not worry about it. How do you give the sign that you can be approached. I believe you should give a sign, so as not to show the girl that you don`t care at all. I have watched my friend. Besides his good looks, he is a nice guy, but he just seems to have fun. Whats the trick there?
Any tips based on that?

This cute girl in class has a ring on her forth finger on her left hand. Where should the ring properly be on the right or left? Could it be a ring of purity? You know a virginal no sex till marriage ring?

Why would girls wear this? To keep men away?
