i always charm a girl using "hanging brains" google it if you wanna know what's up. gets the ladies every time
oh this was obviously a joke. don't be a ***** and buy a girl you don't know flowers and chocolate. just talk to her with confidence, try to have a sense of humor, but don't overdo it. don't over compliment but you can after you have a convo goin with her. compliment her on something other than her looks and try to sound sincere

Next time you see her make eye contact with her and smile, then the next time after that smile and say 'hello' to her, I find a guy who I dont know very well very charming when he is polite like that. Good Luck! xx

Ok the first thing you need to find out is if she is available!!! If she is then you want to get her attention if I am reading this right. But you want to make a big impact on her for her to want to get to know you better. Are you a natural charmer or are you just wanting to get her attention and then stop there? My next question is where have you seen her? Is she your bank teller or a co-worker? I need more info on how you have seen her to help.

Make direct eye contact whenever you happen to catch her eye, with a hint of a smile. After a while, you can add a nod with your smile, a hello, .... surely you know what you need to do next.

Well tell her you love her, compliment her all the time, give her what she needs, never look at any other girl, or make good comments about other ladies, dis them, sounds childish but we like it!
