See a doc about getting tubes in her ears. The infections are caused by fluid buildup. Tubes allow the fluid to flow as it should. She may still get infections, but they will be less severe and not as many. The tubes will fall out when the body no longer needs them.
My neice just got them and has only had one ear infection in 2 months (lasted 3 days instead of weeks with less fussing & lower temps).
My youngest sister had them when she was younger and they were great for her.

Just so you know, wrong category. But to answer your ?. Speak w/ her doc. Some kids are prone the first year to get these, although not at all fun. If multiple rounds of antibiotics don't work they will sometimes refer to a otolaryngologist/(ENT~ear,nose,throat)doc. In some instances they put tubes in to help the fluid that is suppose to drain. Again the doc's are going to determine if this is appropriate for your daughter.

Make sure she is not drinking from a bottle while laying down- that is a sure way to get an ear infection.

Visit your doctor...if the baby gets many many infections, sometimes they put in tubes.

Check with your pediatrician. Something like this really can't be solved on your own. Good luck!
