The boy will be living with my boyfriend (his father) and I and basically the mother just wants joint custody so she can get off from paying child support....is an attorney necessary if both parties are agreeing on the custody change???

I can't stop thinking about her.
She and I are good friends and tried to move on to next step about a year ago but that didn't work out.

She and I didn't talk about 8 months but started to talk eachother about 3 months ago.

Recently, she sent me a message that

she <3 me (of course, she used both her name and my name)

and I wasn't sure if she was serious or not, so I replied her message back.

And from that moment, I began to like her, but I don't know what i'm really doing now.

So, how can i stop thinking about her?

They are nice on the outside but coniving on the inside. My husband, from whom I am separated, was going to be out of town for a conference the weekend he was scheduled to have the kids. I told him I would keep them. Later we discussed next month and there were some days that he wanted where I had already planned visiting friends out of town. They were scheduled as my weeks anyway. He then decided that I couldn't have the kids and he was sending his parents to pick them up. I called them anand they said that I would have to get his permission TO PICK UP MY OWN KIDS. I told them that I didn't think that the police would say that they had priority over my kids. They were angry for a few days and now they are inviting me to dinner. I don't want them in my life.I forgave them after they lied for months that they hadn't met my husband's girlfriend and had her over to their house for lunch, all the while he is teling me that he wants to go to marriage counseling. Want them out of my life.

Ok, so this guy likes me a lot, he had tried to dance with me like 8 times..............than the last time, i just gave up and danced with him, even though i don't like danceing. My parents are 100% against alcohol at my wedding reception. My fianc`e's parents and majority of their family are expecting alcohol, but my father has said he won't attend if alcohol is present. I know it will also "offend" some of my guests, but alot of my fianc'e's family claims they won't come without alcoholic. I know if they really cared about him and I they would come anyway. But I also want him to have his family there...what do I do? Can I have two receptions on the same day? I cook almost every night for my husband....and it feels like he always has a problem with my food....he says it tasted really good, but maybe the meatloaf was a little too "tomatoey"....or, I'll bring him a burger or a sandwhich, and it's, "I like my buns toasted!" ....Or the meat is a little "on the dry side" A few weeks ago I learned how to make a Rueben sandwich (one of his favs) and he said it was good....but when I went to make it this time, he asked to please butter the bread on the inside, because he didn't like how last time the butter got all on his fingers....this is making me feel like I can't do anything right!

I've been dating this guy officially for 2 months now. I've known him for six months however. When we met I had a bf at the time but the moment we started talking we clicked. I wasnt quite ready to leave my bf at the time so he started talking to another girl but still remained close to me. This other girl lives almost 3 hrs away from where we stay. He visits the town she lives in from time to time because he has family there. We see e/other every wkend and are always making plans. He hasnt seen this girl in like a month. I have found many signs that my husband masturbates frequently. When I confront him about it he denies it at first, then admits it, then says he won't do anymore. This has happened a few times. Then I caught him. Again, he said he wouldn't do it again. I don't see signs around the house, but now I see secretations in his boxers. He says that's normal. We have sex about twice a week. I don't understand why he does this and why he lies to me about it. It really bothers me and I can't quit thinking about it. I don't have a problem with meeting people (anybody, men or women) and I can at least get a phone number. However, beyond a random hookup at a party (which is rare) and more than a week of conversation I am really bad at developing a relationship with a girl. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. The longer a relationship with a girl goes on, the weaker the relationship GETS. Maybe my stupid little jokes aren't funny? Maybe I take too long to make a move? I don't know, and I don't know when to act.

Basically I have steps 1 and 2 down, but anything beyond that is in the dark.

Any advice?

well yesterday my friend told me a woman called her from her boyfriend phone and let her know she's been with him for 3 years now (my firend has been with him 1 yr) so she is obviously the one on the side if you will. he told her he needed space and isnt ready for a relationship once he knew he'd been found out. he said he'd be moving out and she can have the apt which she cant afford. she decided she would leave since he wasnt ready to be committed to anyone. so today, she found out she's pregnant. talk about 2 big shockers in 2 days. she will be having the baby and i guess remaining there with him. i know this is a recipe for disaster, he does have another gf, he has said he's not ready to be with her and im sure he will be going back and forth between the two (or maybe more) girls. i feel bad and dont want her to end up more hurt...is there anything i can say? or do i just say nothing and act as if she never told me what happened yesterday?
