It is not that nice guys finish last but maybe there is another issue with you that you could work on.........most girls like a great sense of humor (not gross stuff) , guy who speaks well (the charmers get woman all the time) , a man who carries himself with confidence and pride ...man that is sexy....be clean body and clothes.......so critique yourself on these aspects...so stay nice that part girls like too

The reason you never get where you want.
Women love hot guys (in general) although you haven't found the right woman yet, as there are always exceptions to the rule.
Now, if she doesn't like you, rather than "hurt your feelings" with the truth, she will simply find a way to NOT be with you. Usually, making you the scapegoat in some way.
Such things as "I just wasn't ready for a relationship yet." are common excuses from the ladies, yet you may see them with another guy later on.
Simply put, its her way of saying that you didn't do it for her, turn her on. I wouldn't really worry about women though. If they all want to be like that, they aren't worth having anyway.
Who wants a liar or cheater for g/f? I don't. Take care, have fun, good luck. You'll meet the right one. Some day. You will get what you want, IF you never give up.

Not all guys finish last, I use to think that too but after years of thinking like that, i finally found someone that is perfect for me, give it time. Things will fall into place for you. DON'T CHANGE WHO U ARE FOR ANYONE.
