My husband and I are separated and considering a divorce. I suspect he has been unfaithful, but I can't prove it. Can I ask my attorney to obtain my husband's historical credit account statements? What can I do if my husband refuses?

Yes you can. You can even do it yourself if it's a joint account. If it's just his, you can try to call the credit card company, but I think your atty might have to do it.
