but I feel guilty because I have a current girlfriend. What
should I say to break it off with the other girl when I meet
her later. I don't want my girlfriend to find out about the sex
so that we can stay together.

Be a man, and tell the hook-up that you are sorry and that you did the wrong thing. Look her straight in the eye, tell her you had fun, you found her attractive, but that you did the wrong thing by having sex with her and that you are sorry. Tell her the truth, that you have a girlfriend.
Then...let the chips fall where they may. Yes, she may end up telling your girlfriend the whole thing. She may tell someone else who tells your girlfriend. This is the tension *you* have to live with because you did the wrong thing. She may tell, she may not. But the truth is the truth.
Then, if your girlfriend finds out, you can tell her the whole thing, including the part about telling the hookup honey that what you did was wrong. Yes, she may be pissed, she may break up with you, she may be broken-hearted, but if you want to do the right thing this is what you do.
Otherwise, you'll not only be a sorry-*** cheat, you'll be a sorry-*** lying cheat.

If you're sneaking out of your apartment for sex with another woman you are not ready to be in a relationship. You could catch all sorts of stuff from the trollop your screwing and bring it back to your grlfriend--how would you talk you way out of that one? If you really love your girl keep it in your pants.

Tell the other girl, you decided you want space for now.
You are thinking of being alone.
Tell her you may date someone later, but for now you want to be alone. This way, if she sees you with your g/f later, she won't think it strange you are with another girl.

Well, if you are not happy with you gf, then break it off with her , just to be with the other girl, it's wrong to hurt a girl , if she knew if her bf is cheating.
