I don't have a problem with meeting people (anybody, men or women) and I can at least get a phone number. However, beyond a random hookup at a party (which is rare) and more than a week of conversation I am really bad at developing a relationship with a girl. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. The longer a relationship with a girl goes on, the weaker the relationship GETS. Maybe my stupid little jokes aren't funny? Maybe I take too long to make a move? I don't know, and I don't know when to act.
Basically I have steps 1 and 2 down, but anything beyond that is in the dark.
Any advice?

Maybe it isn't you and it is the girls that you are choosing. You seem like a reasonable guy so i don't see why girls would not like you.

Maybe nothing is wrong with you. Have you ever wondered about the girls that aren't seeming to fall for you? Something may be wrong with them. They might not be ready for a serious commitment, or they could truly be not interested in you in a relationship sort of way. Don't take that to heart. Still be yourself and the right girl will come along someday. It may take a while, but it will be so worth it when it finally happens.

I happen to believe in the three-date rule. Most people want sex by the third date. Kiss her good night on the first date, do a little more intimate things on the second date, and go all the way on the third date. Obviously you will need to tweak the rule according to certain situations, but it is a good general rule of thumb. Good luck.

sounds like your young, so just let it come naturally....be yourself...thats all you need to do, someone will appriciate that when the right girl comes along
