He is small of stature and the school policy is to not fight back. He is constantly teased and if he goes to the teacher or person of authority, then is teased too. What can we as parents do? My husband says hit the person back, but thats not the answer. He is quiet and not one to start anything, but ANYONE can only take so much and he will push the other person. He is RIGHT NOW having one day suspension, with the bullies, and the tape at the school shows that THEY were pervoking him. The school says, "its a hard age".................what can I do to help him? His self esteem is getting lower and lower, and he is a straight A-B student, so hate to have him hate school. HELP!!!

calling me at work?

My parents relentlessly call me at work. I've told them nicely to stop, but they don't.

If I tell them my number has changed to a number that is long distance call for them, (we use work cell phones, and some people change area codes to make it more convienient for clients to call), do you think they will call less?

I'm talking excessive calling over nothing important. In dire emergency, they can call me on my personal cell.. but no, they keep calling me on work cell and I'm around co-workers all day .... sometimes my co-workers think I'm getting prank calls since it rings so much!

My boyfriend and I were friends for a few months and a month ago we started seeing eachother exclusively. The relationship is great and neither of us have any complaints whatsoever. We went to the humane society and bought a dog recently and now it we jokingly refer to the dog as our lovechild. But sometimes when he says "go get mommy" to the puppy, I get a weird feeling. Ok. So I recently visited my friend who I have had feelings for for a long time. This weekend, she asked me to live with her when I graduate college and before we went to bed, she said that she needed to tell me something in a note. She hasn't yet. She also asked me to hold her. I'm really confused. I love her very much, but I don't want to say anything and risk losing a friend if the feelings aren't mutual. Like, how are you able to tell if he "likes you" or he is just acting "goofy" around you. There's mix signals as to if the guy likes you or not by his actions. I am a married woman and my husband and I are going through a very rough patch and at a really low point I cheated with my husbands cousin. I regret ever taking that relationship that far. We were intamate once again and he continues to contact me. If my husband answers he pretends that he is contacting him and not me which is okay but I want him to not contact me any longer. He (the cousin) says he calls because he misses me and wants to spend time with me and because my husband and I are still going through the rough patch and he contacts me wanting to go out (non sexual) and I fall for it. The more I see him the more I think about him and want to be in his presence. I know I am wrong but I can't help it. Problem is everytime my husband and I are being the loving couple that we once were I feel SOOOOO guilty. Should I tell my husband or keep my mouth closed?

Really bugs me. Im a typical 17 yr old, at college, with a nice appearance and nice ways, yet i ride horses for a hobby and am hoping to get into uni this year. I go to parties occasionally. I have mates in all walks of life, at work, next door, at school and at the stables, so i feel i have loads of friends and am pretty happy with myself i guess. But why is it that some people think that just because i dont spend my fridays and saturday nights on the streets or in some club getting drunk i dont have a social life? Charming. All my brothers words of course. I love a party now and then, and i do go out with friends now and then also. Sometimes i wish i went out more, but really i cant be bothered, im ust trying to make myself look like someone im not. Im choosing to spend tonight inside, with a nice warm fire and getting my school work done. I do want a future after all.

Am i some kind of geek or what? Does a 17 year old always have to do what everyone else does at that age?
