Although we live 200miles apart now. I have just been informed that my ex wife is moving to France in May and taking my children with her. I see the children when I can and have them to stay with me in the school holidays. What are my rights , and can she do this. I live in Manchester, Uk.

You can prevent that!!!

She can not take kids out of state without your permission little alone to another country all you have to do is contact family social services and then tell them whats going on RIGHT NOW TO DAY!

OR CONTACT A LAWYER AND STOP HER NOW!
IF SHE TRY TO LEAVE WITH KIDS HAVE HER ARRESTED FOR KIDNAPPING!!!

Also inform her she will be arrested and sent to jail if she try to leave country with children , but do this after contacting Lawyer!!!

YOU DON'T HAVE TO TAKE IT LAYING DOWN SO DON'T!

Since she is moving out of the country, I suggest you speak to a lawyer.

if she has custody of the children then yes she can do this, but if you don't want her to you can take her to court to try and reach some kind of agreement.
