He's concentrating too much on the physical aspect of the relationship. However, there is nothing stopping you from telling him how you feel. The fact that you're writing in to a forum asking for advice on this indicates that you are not confident in communicating your boundaries - most likely because you don't know what they are. By accepting thing the way they currently are you are saying with your actions that you are satisfied with the status quo.
If you're not, then behave in a self-respecting manner and speak up. You might though want to get your priorities straight with yourself first so you can effectively communicate to him what is is you want or don't want.
If it ends up that he's unable to respect your position then tell him to hit the road.

O-k, I am going to be straight honest with you. I have a feeling you are sorta young and I think so because of your feeling that sex is to be called and done as "making love". You see, The truth is girl love and making love is done with the rest of your relationship more so than during sexual pleasure.Your cuddling,your talks,holding hands as you walk together, sharing interests and enjoying each others conpanionship.Those are things of making love.If you try to make sex like the rest of your relationship it will get very predictable,boring and un satisfying for the both of you.Trust me I know,It happened when I used to think like you and have seen it happen to many,many others in a relationship.Sex is great and especially great with someone you love and know well,so, instead of being affended by it all why not try to figure out what you would like to do with him that will give you the most in pleasure that he can help you obtain.Its a great stress relief and a way to bring the best of all the rest of your relationship or "love making" together that much more.Whats better than being in love having that all and then giving and recieving the best you can get in pleasure with it.Relax,and stop looking at it as more than what it is and making something easily simple and great more complicated than it should be.If you think he is too ruff,then say so and help him to figure out what way you would like it in a pleasure aspect and before long you will be in full love filled bliss!

Honey this boy is not good for you. You need to move on. He is is interested in only that and you are worth more than that. You are a person. You have feelings and you have so much more about you than he will ever let your express.
I know you may feel you love him, but this is not good. There is something about this that puts a bad taste in my mouth. I hope that he is not being abusive as well. I don't know if he is or not, but this just does not sound good at all.
