Is it bad to swear if you are under 13? Like, not swear to adults or all the time and not scream it or something. but if you are like "damn it!" or something not actually to someone though, and not real loud. is that bad?

My sister has just turned 18 and is this weekend planning to go away, for the first time, with her boyfriend of around 8 months. I think that she is too young for this, and my mother is also not happy at all, but my sister is determined to go. She still lives at home and as such I think that she should respect my mother, but she shouts and screams whenever the subject is raised. It is a real bone of contention to say the least. My sister's boyfriend is 18 as well. My sister swears that it is all in innocence and nothing will happen, and insists that it is not a "dirty weekend away", but my mum is unhappy because 1. she booked this without even consulting my mum first, and 2. she feels that she is too young to be staying overnight with a boyfriend in the first place. What does everyone else think? Thoughts are appreciated. Thanks in advance.

So I know this guy, he's a friend, and I like him, he like me and things have happened between us but we're just friends and it's going to stay like that. However, he's been quite distant with me recently. I'll ask him a question and he will reply with something that I know isn't true. He blocked/deleted me on myspace and said it was an accident but you cannot block someone accidentally. This lie especially annoyed me because he was laughing about it. If he didn't want to speak to me, he'd block me on msn etc too but he didn't. I value the friendship and don't want to lose him as a friend but I really fear this is going to happen if I don't sort it out but I just don't know how

i mean, is it natural for us women to enjoy making the guy we love to be so jealous of a jerk, or at least, with another guy who's very naughty? My naughty officemate played pranks & humiliating acts at the expense of my fiance when he visited me in my office for the first time, & i have had so much fun seeing my BF blush due to my jerky coworker's pranks & naughty jokes, specially when he told my BF that we (officemate&me) are close to having sex. (Although there's a grain of truth in it, as he's been secretly giving me vaginal rubs regularly! OMG!!!) My BF told me afterwards that he doesn't like this officemate of mine, & that he's feeling so jealous of that guy. me and my bf have been broken up for three weeks now.the reason he broke up w/me is well he said he just needed some space but i know it was his friends. He told me thre was a really good chance we'd get back together and we told me he still loved me and that he still wanted to be friends.And that there wasn't anyone else and he wasn't going to look "it would defeat the purpose of alone time" but he is sending me mixed signels he won't talk to me in public but hes called me three times just to talk and one of the conversations kinda went like this

genuinely nice guy
respectful
handsome
kind
doesn't drink or do drugs (will have a social drink)
isn't interested in physical relationship w/me
wont discuss marriage (we are 29)
keeps putting our relocation off (i moved to his tiny hometown and i don't like it at all..too clicky, too expensive, nothing to do)
doesn't enjoy going on "dates"
enjoys hanging out with the boys

I have tried living in his town for a long time, tried rekindling the physical intimicy and it hasn't worked.

I was just offered a job about an hour and a half away and accepted it. I have been looking the past 6 mos. I have mentioned this before and he just says "you won't go" and until now I haven't acted on anything.
Now he is being all nice and caring and says I'm making a big mistake leaving. I said we could try long distance dating. He said fine but I don't know if I see it lasting or if holding together a "friend" style relationship is worth it.
