I'm a soldier and spend a good portion of my life away on operations and exercise. I have a lovely wife called Emily and a little girl called Ellie (3) who clearly i don't see as much as i would like. Tell your man to get a grip and stop being a coward. I wasn't ready to get married 3 years ago but i did because it was THE RIGHT THING TO DO !!!!!! If he wants to be a coward then let him break his daughters heart and hope he will regret it for the rest of his life, until of course its too late and he realises he is a sad lonely man with no one who loves him. Tough love eh !!

I'm so sorry to hear of this heartbreak for you and your family. This isn't your fault. He is going through some identity crisis and unless he is willing to go to counselling and figure out what is wrong with him, there's nothing you can do short of beg him to stay, and you don't want to do that. I hope he knows that leaving his family doesn't absolve him from financial and emotional responsibility so he does have legal responsibilities whether or not he resides at his home. Get an attorney; get a counsellor for your well being, and know that all things in life are time limited. I suspect in time he will come to his senses, but don't assume that will happen. Don't jump to someone else either, because you are vulnerable right now, and hurt--as you should be. Good luck.

I am not sure if you'll like me, since I am physically disabled. I've been trying to accomplish someone's heart for the past couple years, but I seem so unfortunate.
I'm independent. I have just one more year to qualify for a cardiology degree. Yes, I'll be a heart specialist within a year.
The reason I am home today is because I did not work today.
I have my own house, it is a four bedroom luxury house I'm just 25 though. I've been in college since I was 19. Well, I only have two cars, a 2005 Mercedes and a 2007 Escalade...
The reason I have so much in life is because I don't have anyone to share with. I've been hurt too many times and decided to spend more times with myself.
Although I am expected to graduate next year, that doesn't mean school will be over for me. I will never stop going to school. I want to keep improving myself.

Sounds like you need to allow him to go. He will see that the grass isn't greener on the other side. He will probably want to come back one day and if there isn't anyone else in your life by then and if you wanted him back then i would make him work hard to get me back. It's a shame that families don't stay together as they should but it's something that happens. It takes both of you.....maybe you can reflect on your part in the relationship. Though I am not saying it's your fault. It's just we all can learn. The important thing is to make sure your daughter knows that both of you love her and am there for her. Try to keep yourself busy. It will help.

Tell this loser to pack his bags tonight!
You'll come to realise how much he is disrespecting you by saying such a shitty thing.
I mean think about it... "I love you but I don't want to take any responsibility for you"... c'mon Lisa.
Move on and get your own life on the right tracks. You will become stronger through this and a real man will come along and recognise you for this. One day, you'll look back and shudder at the thought of ever having been involved with a creep like this current one!!
Don't do this out of spite or out of revenge, just do it cos you got to be getting along.
Best wishes with this!!!!

He is not nice is he? Let him go, encourage him to see his daughter, make sure he doesn't avoid his financial responsibilities, he will be the looser and you will grow strong, be happy, possibly met a real man and live happily ever after. If you try to hold him there you will fail, make the whole family miserable, and prolong the agony. Good luck. I feel for you and your daughter. May what ever you believe in be with you.

Well your husband is lying to you, it's not that he can't take the family it's probably someone else who wants him to leave you. Well if he leaves you file for divorce and get as much out of him as possible because you and your daughter need to live too. ANd don't fall for that crap about what am I going to do to live if I pay you this much, well he should have thought of it before jumping the gun. SO kcik him out and get as much as you can out of him, because you don't want him to leave but he still is going so go for the heart and make his wallet hurt too. And if you need a friend to chat with IM me anytime

You don't say how long you've been married but, in any case, you don't just go and dump your wife and child just because you can't 'hack' a bit of responsibility!. I hate to say this but, he may well have a 'slapper' on the side. The statistics say that when a partner wants to go for no apparent reason, theres nearly always another person involved. Sorry babe but...I'd let him go.

You are just now finding out that the man you married is not one of the nice men in the world? How would a woman or a man find out if their person of choice is a nice person? Good luck.
