Hi -
So I have a guy friend who I guess you could say I'm close with. I think he likes me but I'm not sure. Here are some of the reasons why and with them, may you please respond with your opinions and suggestions on what I should do or if he likes me:

- he told my friend he wanted to take me out to dinner and a movie on v-day [but he told her he didn't like me? confusion...]
- when i told him about this guy who wanted to hu with me, he got angry and started saying what a jerk he was, etc
- i was joking with him and said "i attract creepy guys" and he goes "hahahaha me *cough*" [this was online, btw]
- he always pushes my hair back really gently or compliments how good it looks
- he messes up his hair just so i'll fix it for him [after i fix it he says, i did that just so you'd fix it]
- my friends asked him if he liked me and they said he smiled for a bit, finished eating his cookie, and said "it's just platonic]


the signs are confusing me, and idk wether he likes me!

We are thinking about getting pre-marital counseling because we both come from families with unsuccessful marriages and want to do what we can to build a strong marriage from the start. Are you/Have you and your fiance/husband also pondered pre-marital counseling before your wedding?

her mom found out and so they got divorced. A lot of times, she hurts my feelings when she talks about how my family is so great and her's is so crappy. I'm thankful that i do have a good family but she makes me feel really bad. Once she even called me anorexic (sp) just because I'm skinny and she is kinda chubby! How do I tell her how I feel??

The story is over a year old and damn was i jerk back then... Now i am pretty young so most would say "Ehh live and learn bro" but it's really not an excuse to act as i have... Anyway the story begins 3rd week of my high-school freshman year, back then i only had evaded the initiation rituals the high-school has for freshmen and so i had a pretty good reputation(sole survivor) and also was looking for a gf(odd) so i started what ended up to be 2 very failed attempts at impressing two different girls, one of which ended up being a very good friend of mine while the other pretty much tore me to shreds, now during the time i hit on the girl that tore me to shreds one of her friends started to hit on me and while ignored her attempts most of the 9th grade and first part of the 10th now i ended up liking her as well... now comes the interesting part: one of her friends said she was just playin' me now so... What do i do?

I got to see her last night and it was a really good night but I wasnt able to ask for her email address because of the way everything went. Before I left she made sure that I came to see her tomorrow(today) and I told her I would. I dont know what is going to happen and how I am going to talk to her alone, but today I have to do it. I have to give her my email address. I'll ask her if she has a computer. Then she will say yes. Then I will say I should give you my email address so you can show the pictures you took. My brother and sister-in-law said it was very effective in preparing them for marriage because they were able to address any potential areas that they didn't agree on. I have been with my boyfriend for 5 years, today is our anniversary. We bought a house and have lived here for 3 years. He knows I want to get married or at least get engaged. I said we don't have to get married right away, I am just ready to move to the next step. He says he wants to get married someday but is not ready now. My wife and I are in the closing end of a divorce. We had always tried to be nice to each other. We had split apart about a year ago and in December finally decided to divorce. Now she has taken to saying mean things and being cold to me. Why is that? She says she has meet someone else and is happy, and I am happy for her. Why does she feel she needs to be mean?
