Does having the same blood group (for a married couple) impact the health of the baby?

No, it's actually better to have the same blood type (least the rH part.)

It only really matters if the mother is - and the father is + (and the fetus ends up being positive.)

In this case the first pregnancy is fine, but there may be problems with future ones. (Antibodies build up to attack the positive Rh.)

This is relatively common and there are treatments available when it occurs.

it makes no difference

if it did they would ask for blood type when you got married then would say sry you cant get married because of blood type
