well i asked her out and she said i'll think about it and then after a week her friends told me she said no. But after that whole thing she began to be really shy around me and we don't really talk anymore. she looks at me alot during class and turns away when i look. did she say no to hide that she liked me? she also trys to get my attention alot. i'm just not sure what to think anymore. does she like me?what should i do?

I want to know if it is possible to file for a divorce without a lawyer and just go down to the law library, make copies of the order or motion for divorce and file through the district court. The man is gone, I have not seen him since 3 months after the marriage, we never slept togother and we never lived together, there is of course no children and no property involved. I believe he went back to India. I just want a divorce fast because i am about to purchase a house. Please Help....

I got married 5 months ago but i keep my name because it's not my costum ( i am peruvian) have the last name of my husband . My husband is American and I don't have any problem with him about that, because i have the last name of my husband in personal purposes like family and friends but i want to know how can i do with the last name of my future kids and if i need to change my last name or hyphenated my last name or also if i can keep my last name. I've noticed her since October. I will go chronologically:
1. I let her have my seat once, she said "Really? Thank you so much!"
2. She sat in front of me, smiled, asked when my bday was
3. Came up to me on the bleachers, said she thought iw as cool, if i had a girlfriend, what my fav color is.says we're in 1 class together
4. Her and her friend enter the room, point and laugh at me, i ask em why, keep laughing (friendly laugh)
5. I think that she looks over at me sometimes
6. Hear her say "My first and last name" to her friend
7. Doesn't talk to me for 1 month
8. Asks if i was in her class (though shes in the only class ther is, and im not in it) thought that was a little weird
9. Runs in gym class really fast to catch up with me, we dont say a word
10. sits next to me that same day, multiple times, doesn't say a word (we were probably 3-4 inches apart)
11. comes up to me ad asks if she can see something in my hand, does sumthin funny, goesaway

I am not sure if I am adding details to my question correctly or not, but here it goes. I am getting tired of people critisizing me for mentioning my wife's weight. I have tried joining the gym with her, asking her to play in the yard with the kids and I, getting her to walk the dog with me etc. It is not for lack of effort. I have tried talking to her about the lack of intimacy in our relationship and have been called "a girl" for doing so. I have tried to get her off the couch with me to work out on the elyptical she wanted me to buy to no avail. And for the record, I am in shape and took the initiative to lose weight this year which I did lose the 15 pounds I set out to lose. I asked her to join me in those efforts as well but was again told "no." So please reserve judgement on me for mentioning her weight.

As I believe and have lived since my son's birth (8 years) the child comes first. As we have been told on planes, "put the mask on you first and then your child"....in life we are told, "if you can't take care of yourself, you can't take care of others"..."you cannot give somehtihng you don't have" etc. etc. Yes. a mother is going to eventually date and find someone and this requires an amazing juggling act between prioroties and time sharing. A boyfriend is going to want to spend time - more time with the length of the relationship - together, without child. If the mother does not put the childs needs first, what happens when the child really does not like her choice of men and becomes very disturbed being around the man. What does she do then? I for one will not force my son to go anywehre with someone I am seeing if he does not want to go. Has not happened. But I am very curious other perspectives.

Hi, I was wondering how long you have to change your name on documents such as driver's license and social security card after you get your final decree. I know I sound like a stupid freshman girl, but we all have crushes as frosh and I am guy retarded. Anyways, I like this boy (he's a junior) and he knows I like him. At my corner of my eye I can see him staring at me sometimes. I only talked to him like twice and sometimes say hello to him. I put my fiance's sisters in the wedding as bridesmaids but it turned out to be a disasterous decision. They were not supportive, showed up late to dress appointments and always had an attitude. It was so bad that I had to ask two of them not to be in the wedding, one is still participating. Now his side of the family is in an uproar and threathening not to come to the wedding. Family is important and I would like to mend the relationship before the marriage. What should I do? I would also like to have a small informal wedding but he would like something more formal what is the middle ground?
