My mother in law drives me nuts - and the rest of his family are no better.
My Husband and I have been together for 4 and a half years, married for almost one year. His mum has always been an issue for us. His family are the most anti-social bunch I have ever seen, at least when it comes to me. I go over to there houses, lucky if they say hello to me half the time.. I have to make an obvious hello to get something in return. At family gatherings I will make an effort to go sit with them and join discussion, but they do not ever turn and involve me in the conversation. Hubbys mum is always calling whenever we have a family gathering or xmas etc, and will have something to complain about and like to make arguments out of nothing, and the thing she says that I hate the most when on the phone to hubby 'is beck in the room, go to a different room'. What sort of crap is that! And after the family function etc she will call again to have a winge about something. The year of planning our wedding was horrible when it came to her, and she will rarely say something in front of me so it is hard for me to get my opinion in. This is driving me insane! I get an upset stomach every time we are heading over to see them.
Does any one have any ideas?? I am very sick the excuse that I stole her son away - get over it!!

This is an ongoing debate that I need your HONEST opinion on.

I have had some say women are the more caring, loving, emotional, because they cry more and show their feelings,

but others say that men are just as emotional, but they don't always show their hurts.

Please help! I really need to know who is more emotional.
I need to end this debate we are having over here where I am at, so if you know or have a good opinion on it, I would like to hear it.

Am I seemingly not caring or loving her anymore, if I do nothing? Friends and family say, she's bad off. I couldn't help her when we were in each others life, no one could. She loves the drug as much as I love her. Her family believes there is no love because I removed myself from the entire scene. The love is there even though I have moved on, what is it that I can do???

My ex BF was 120lbs when him and I were going out...recently my friend, who is close friends with him, said he had no body fat and is 103.... My Ex is 5'5" about that and 15 years old. He eats at lunch, a lot of food too. It worries me to no end because I used to have an eating disorder... Anorexia. I didn't eat at all, but I studied up on Bulimia and found out that eating excessivly is a symptom.. But I'm not sure if he's throwing it back up (we arn't so close anymore) Does it sound to you that he's bulimic? If so what can my friend and I do to help?

Its just me. Why is it not acceptable for my teenage daughters boyfriend to sleep over (they have been together for about six months) but it okay for her to sleep over at his. They are both being responsible with contraception. My friend at work thinks I shouldn't let them sleep together in my home. I don't have a problem with it. What do you think.

My fiancé slipped and told me his sister was annoyed that "none" of them are in the wedding. But it's a little more complicated.
1. My fiancé never knew his sister until he was an adult. 2. His "real" sisters are older- he has two. 3. He also has 3 step sisters.
So I was shocked- and my fi starting giving me grief about it. Well, first off I already have 6 people in my wedding party- 6 really good friends that ALL assumed they were in my wedding since I was in all of theirs. And I do want all of my friends in my wedding party. Well, my FI has 5 sister and I can't have them all in the wedding- and I didn't want to favor sister over a stepsister because share the same DNA. I am not close to any of his sisters.
The sister who made the comment is on Welfare and has two children, one who is MR and needs lots of medical attention. She older like 36 so it's not like she a young girl longing to be in a wedding for the first time. I made the comment that she doesn't need to be spending money on a bridesmaids gown and on a shower..... she should save her money for her kids. Oh, yeah... the Dad is an illegal immigrant and he's in jail... so no child support.

Here's the kicker- My FI said to me- If that what she wants to spend her money on then why is it a problem?

I think my FI is annoyed that he didn't have enough guys so I have one of my friends on his side.... but he doesn't have anyone on my side...
But he won't be able to think of another guy IF I had his sister..... and I think it would be unfair to just pick one sister.
What the Hell am I suppose to say to this??
And why is he being so defensive about a sister that he really doesn't like?? He constantly annoyed with her... and how she lives her "ghetto" style life.
And that's actually his word not mine- he always refers to her as Ghetto, white trash...ect.... because of who she dates, how she lives and treats her kids.

finally got thie nerve to ask this guy I like to 'hang out". What actually happened was.. i text messaged him asking him that we should hang out soon and he text messaged me back ten minutes later... saying that he would like too, although it have to be in a couple of weeks, because that;s the next time he gets paid because he's broke as a joke" quote on quote.. so we conversated furthur and he revealed to me that he tends to be a bit shy when it comes to women because he's afraid or rejection.. and he has been rejected in the past.. I then asked him do he feel confident enough to try to get an attractive woman..and he said yes but usually he's not in pursuit .. or rather it depends on what mood he's in...How would you feel about this guy after this converation...I'm just not sure..I know that everytime is see him he smiles, and he's flirted with me and the past...but now I just don't know about him

I know in the past he has invited me to his church group..and he invited me to workout with him..and he has told me that if I ever wanted to go to a movie or hang out too call him..and so I finally did

Does any one know the quickest way to find a new girlfriend (tomorrow is 14th and I have nobody!!)? Has anyone tried to impress a woman by showing her a copy of Windows Vista and Office 2007 running behind Windows Defender with Firewall enabled? Norton/Symantec anti-virus protection will also be running as obligatory!!

To spice it up, I intend to attach an external floppy drive connected via spare USB port dangling with 12 inches cable!

Would this work?

I was dating this guy that turned out to be a player. I broke it off with him. I didn't hear from him for a month and then he called me last week around 3:30am stating that he missed me and that he knows he messed things up between us and he knows that I am a good girl and he is not the right guy for me, but wanted me to know that he still loves me. I could tell that he had been drinking. He called me during the week to see how I was doing but that was all. Then this past weekend, he called me again in the middle of the night like 5 times and left me messages that he wanted to see me. I didn't answer my phone. I texted him the next day and asked why he was calling me in the middle of the night and he stated "I know I probably shouldn't call but when I drink it makes me remember the good times we had and it makes me want to call you. thats all". I responded by saying "i figured that was the case. I know you really didn't mean anything by it". I felt hurt. So what do you think?

my town has this thing for highschool kids, where all these bands play and everyone screams and dances and it's really cool. usually before every "bash" i see what bands are going to play and i add them on myspace. (i'm in the ninth grade) my profile says i'm 16, even though i'm not. i added a band and they commented me saying, "hey, hope to see you at the bash! -joe" (the lead singer- who happens to be REALLY hot.) i thought, wow that was cool of them to comment me. a few minutes later i got an IM that said, "no, seriously, i really hope you come, girl." and i was like "who's this.." and he said "this is joe, from (the band name), i'm IMing you cuz i want you to go.. in fact i'm making you :p.. and i hope you come and talk to me and the band afterward :)" i was like "sure!" this guy is 19 years old. so i went to the bash and i saw them play and he's hotter in person. i chickened out when it was time to go talk to him. he IMed me after the bash and said "i saw you cute girl.. but
