its not your fault that he likes u, if you like him too you should pursue it with him and return the flitatious gestures and maybe she will get the hint. and if she gets mad obviously she is in denial and isnt a good friend!

maybe he is not mature,but childish,maybe he takeds advantage of u to see if she is jealous. u should leave him if he means it.
the other point is he likes u. u should catch this chance if likes him too.
