This girl that may like me sat next to me, and then leter sat near me, but all by herself. I might of caught her looking at me. And when she talked to me, she didn't make eye contact/talk to me, she talked to people around us. What does it mean?

It could be just a coincidence that she was alone next to you. When a girl is interested she makes eye contact and talks to you or at least tries to involve you in the conversation with the people around you.

I don't think it means anything.
You only think she likes you.... but it sounds more like, you like her.
Strike up a conversation and then you'll see.
