Ok...there is this totally great guy i go to school with and a lot of girls like him for him looks. but i think he is a really great person...should i tell him how i feel straight up? I mean i know all the girls that think he's hot and they are really pretty so what are the chances he would like me?

Well, does he know you? If so, then I would not approach him and wait for him to make the move. I'd be focusing on my studies and leave the relationship up to time. Don't be in such a hurry and enjoy yourself.

Don't blurt out how you feel to him. He sounds like he may have a lot of girls mooning over him and you would probably ruin a great friendship by saying how you feel at this point. Instead, focus on being his friend. Let him get to know well you so he can grow to appreciate you. Don't put pressure on him to become a boyfriend. Suggest things you could do together that would be fun and even part of a group activity. Be positive around him and be yourself. That's your best chance of getting him to see you as more. If he never sees you as more, then at least you have a great friend, which is really the basis of the best relationships.

Get to know him, make friends with him, and show him that there's more to you than just a boy-crazy girl. That should give you an above-average chance.

You should tell him. If he has all those girls that like him, hes not going to be thinking about you all the time. Be the first to tell him out of all of them. He might appreciate it.

Don't focus on his looks, that probably gets old to him, instead go for his mind. Capture his mind and his heart will be yours. (And the rest of his body parts)

the only way to really find out if he likes you is to follow your heart,tell him how you feel,if he only likes you as a friend at least you'll know.go for it
