i know this girl who is always looking at me and smiling at me and giving me signals i dont know if she likes me or she is just giving me mixed signals it been going on for a while now what should i do?

The next time that she does this, go over and say something to her. Nothing too personal, just start a conversation and see how it goes. If it seems promising, invite her out for a low pressure activity like coffee or lunch in the park. Then if it still looks promising take it from there.

Just go up and talk to her, ask her about a movie she wants to see, or mention a movie you want to see, then once the convo gets moving ask her if she wants to join you for a movie and a burger. Very simple. Do your thing Romeo !
