For years, I would hear about how husbands get the shaft on sex a lot, and so I concluded that women basically didn't like sex that much. Then I dated a girl who wanted it all the time and I was like "So women like sex?" My view kinda changed. Then I dated a girl who pushed sex on me the first month we dated and then went cold the next 7 months. I am now waiting for marriage but I am back to the being confused. I almost do not think I will enjoy my wedding night knowing that, though there will be a lot of sex that night, after that it is all downhill. I hate the idea of going to bed all the time and nudging her and being rejected. Is this just one thing about women that I won't understand cause I am a guy? Guys, how do you deal with this? Women, is it because us guys get old to you? Or is it that we stop caring so you do as well? Or do both people stop working on the relationship so of course the sexual part of relationship goes? Am I being paranoid? Is it that bad?

My closest friends are single...and very bitter about it. They've been single for years and begrudge anyone who has a boyfriend. Both have scrutinized me in the past when I've had boyfriends and spent less time with them, yet when they started dating, they did the same to me (and after I realized my mistake the first time, I began making more of an effort to see them but I was still attacked).

Now, I'm getting married, and I don't feel comfortable talking to either of them about my plans. I feel alone. This should be a happy time for me but they are making it difficult. They've said that they feel left out and they want to get married, and I comfort them and say it will happen and it's not the only important thing in life.

But why should I be made to feel guilty? They are the reasons I'm not have any bridesmaids.

I bought my fiancee a Rhinestone wedding ring 6 months ago. The real thing (the one she wanted) at a local Jewelry store cost $3000. The one I bought her sold at a local park and swap for $15 and was labeled a Rhinestone and I didnt have the money. she does not know this and wants to get it appraised on Valentines day. What do i do?

that once you get pretty you have a hard time keeping friends? I mean i used to be pudgy all through my teens...had no problem keeping friends...but now after years of hard work to improve my physical appearance and help my self esteem i can't keep a friend...they all tell me i'm dumb and stereotypical like "Paris Hilton"............i'm not!! I'm the same girl i always was, sure i enjoy shopping every now and then but that's because i think i actually look decent in my clothes now...i've just taken some initiative to help my life a bit. I'm still easily run over and am always out there to help anyone...i have never ended a friendship in my life and always comment my friends on their good qualities? What is up with girls these days? No rude comments please.

ok, so i just started to go out with this kid literally like saturday night (so what like a whole 3 ish days)...and of course, i had completely forgotten about valentines day (oh joy..). so now, i am completely clueless about what to get him. i mean, we are still in that "awkward first going out stage" so i really am drawing a blank as what to get him...should i get him something? btw - we are both seniors in high school, so no, i am not one of those stupid 13 year olds who already have a "boyfriend"...alright, if you can, i would appreciate your thought and input. thanks!

Me and 2 friends met 2 guys Joul n dan at the beach a week ago. Dan got my friends number then she got him 2 give her Jouls number. Dan msged her "jouls number is ****** danielle call him now :)" I didnt want to call so i got her 2 msg him my number. she wanted to break up because i upset her,i went on to pester and beg her to forgive me,it was a wrong step but now she avoids me totally, even my friends.It's been a month since we broke up.

My ex keeps in contact with me through the years, we saw each other and he keeps saying his girlfriend wants to leave him, but never does, I dont think she has a clue,that he talks to me, but why doesnt he leave her. 29 y.o male, Europe.
Never had a girlfriend before, despite getting close but not enough. Like 9-5 jobs, i guess there are limits as to how old you are until you make your start, some say it would never be to late, but i posted this question in hope of getting a series of well grounded practical answers. For instance, its never to late to be a national athlete? try that at 100 years of age and let me know ;). Serisouly though, with finding a first girlfriend, the experience and max. starting age for practicallity etc, does make for a kind of rule that makes it hard to find one? I was told by my brother that if you dont find your first job and girlfriend by 30, chances are you never will, as it gets harder to find your first girlfriend as you get older. Guys and Girls, can all this be validated as true at a social level (in theory its never to late i know, but in practice on this forum for instance)? Thanks in advance all. Education was never earned at college or school.
