My ex keeps in contact with me through the years, we saw each other and he keeps saying his girlfriend wants to leave him, but never does, I dont think she has a clue, that he talks to me, but why doesnt he leave her. He says he is always scared of her finding things out ( he doesnt want to get caught) if he calls and hangs out with me. Why doesnt he just break it off with her? Why are guys wanting their cake and eating it too. To make things worse he lives with her and they have been dating 7 years!

Oh! Honey! Wake up and smell the stench. You both cheated on his Partner, for after 7yrs. she is certainly that. Why are you still in this mess? He is because he's a gutless Wonder who has no morals or backbone and has his cake etc. as you remarked. He's not going to change. You need to get a real life of your own and tell this creep to shove off.!! Don't come back it's over!!Let his Partner in on your secret too( Anonymous is ok or tell him to come clean or you will.) She may know and lives with it, her choice. If not she has a right to know so she can make an informed judgement of her relationship. I'm surprised you think that your'e the only only one he's having fun with. This Jerk wouldn't just stop at playing 1 he's on a role he'll have atleast another on the side make no mistake about that.
Get away give yourself a chance to have a good relationship that will go somewhere fullfilling and warm and loving. You are better than this needy immature girl you seem to portray. Good Luck!

It isn't worth it to start it back up with an ex. Especially if he/she cheated on a current partner with ANYONE. If a person cheated in the past, it will likely happen again. Also, if you broke up with this person before, the same problem will likely cause another break up in the future. He just wants you to be there so he has a back up when this thing doesn't work out. He's afraid of commitment and he's just playing with both of you. Make sure he knows he can't do that anymore.

Sorry to say.. this is one guy without a backbone. And if you're still considering on being with him.. then dont. Just think why you guys broke up in the first place. Seriously, being with someone for 7 years and living together? You'd think he'd be more committed and loyal than that! Is that the kind of guy a woman would want? But then again, if its just hanging out, then i guess it's preety much ok. He should really be more honest with his girl though.. its kinda sad. There's no real communication there..

the type you state it on your tale makes the respond a no. whether, the subject of exes can't be off limits as issues can ensue in a present day romance to elevate the subject material.those unintended circumstances can contain the exes attempting to maintain touch, presents that have been exchanged in the process the relationship, the actuality that the exes are nonetheless sturdy acquaintances even nonetheless they are no longer relationship, families nonetheless liking the ex and alluring the guy to kinfolk affairs, families no longer liking the present lover etc. So i think that a pair in a relationship would desire to speak approximately their respective exes, set some floor rules ,set some dos and a few do nots so as that there is not any confusion approximately what could ensue whilst it includes the exes etc. mutually as there is not any blueprint for ending all styles of matters that would arise in connection with exes,no longer speaking approximately it or pretending that basically via fact somebody is an ex potential that they are long gone for sturdy isn't the final thank you to handle it.this physique of ideas in trouble-free terms hides the subject till it may no longer be hidden.

Why do you LET him have his cake and eat it too? There are women out there that condone this behaviour which ends up giving most men a bad rep. Have some respect! You have already been there, done that and you may not be the only ex he goes and "hangs" out with! Leave him alone! You speak as though he is the only one doing wrong!

I think you need to stop worrying about why he does these things and leave him alone. (stop aiding his cheating)

Find a guy who isn't attatched.

Why doesn't he break up with her? He doesn't want to, he likes her enough to stay while still getting fun from others. Good place for him to be. (cake and eating it)

Time to question yourself. You deserve more respect and so does that girl you are both deceiving.

You shouldn't even want a guy who would do these things.

Wow this guy is a tool! He sounds just like my ex! I did the same thing and we were still hooking up while he had a gf. He told me lies just like hes telling you! Get away from this guy! This is trouble and heartache waiting to happen! Don't believe what he tells you about his gf because its most likely a lie and you don't know what he is telling her. As you said he wants his cake and to eat it too. As long as you continue this with him hes getting everything he wants! Stay away from him! Good luck. I know its hard to break it off but you have to!

oh you poor thing! I'm so sorry to hear that but i think your ex boyfriend is just interested in girl's "thing" not in an honest relationship which i don't like, or its better "hate" that. I don't know why he is doing like that but its bad for him, because he is playing with two lives one is you and the other one his current girlfriend, and i would say you should stop seeing him totally, and that's the BEST ADVICE i could give you!

Keep this in mind from a girl who has had this happen to her. My ex-boyfriend, while we were dating, cheated on me with his ex-girlfriend. I found out-we all do. It was the most painful thing I have ever gone through-no one will ever understand what it did to my sense of self. You are hurting yourself, but you are also in the process of demolishing another woman. Why would you want this creep, anyway?

The best thing you could do is stop talking to him. Just cut if off, think about how much pain your causing them! Think about how much drama your causing yourself! You need a fresh start. Let the past go and find someone you will be happy with.
