Talk to her about it

If she's a girl that you just started to talk to and don't know about her a lot, just start up a casual talk and ask if she has a valentine, and if she doesn't then ask her if you can be her valentine.
BUT make sure, she doesn't get shocked by your action, because she might feel that you're just a "school friend" if you know what I mean.
g'luck!

Ok I'm a girl and this is what I'd want a guy to do:
Ok so if you can tell she likes you casually go, "so you hangin with anyone on Valentines day?" and if she says no, say, "Well we should hang out. It would be fun." This way if you get shot down (which i doubt you will) it wont be bad for you cuz all you did was ask to hang out, you didn't ask her on a date.

how is this a question? Valentines day is stupid! If he desires to do some thing severe-high quality for you he will do it. Do you certainly need flora via fact he feels obligated? i think of this is worse than no longer getting something in any respect on a random day human beings desperate to make particular.

No, thats not stupid. But if she does actually like you, she may think you are JUST joking, and get her feelings hurt, thinking you don't actually like her.
Maybe go with your routine, and judging by her reaction - if she seems like she likes you, then ON Valentine's day give her flowers and ask her to be your Valentine (seriously), like asking her out, if you're ready for that.

I wouldn't say something like "hot date" to someone you barely know. I would just ask her if she's got any plans for Valentine's day and if she says "No" then ask her if she's like to hang out or get a cup of coffee or something and if she says "Sure, that would be great!" then smile and when you see one another on Wednesday, have some Hershey kisses or something like that wrapped in something nice and hand it to her.

go for it but stay away form hi fives with girls that put u on the pal list may not take u to heart and can make u work harder i always found that cutting to the point is the best way so go get her take her some where nice and wait for the fun to start

If you say it in a joking way it could be good and show your interest but dont take it too far or she may think you dont think you could have a relationship with her.... know what i mean?

good luck..

no, sept i would only ask if she had a valentine for valentines day, it might hint to her that you like her, and if you want to go slow then that is the last thing you want to hint for now.
