We are still legally married, we live in different countries making enforcing support almost impossible, can I use his credit card to buy birthday presents for the twins since he obviously has no intention of paying child support?

You could get into a lot of trouble and if you have the children in your custody, don't get yourself into trouble ... you could loose the children too....... If he is skipping out on his kids, he is the one who is going to have to suffer for it. Kids always know when they get older as to whom was always there for them, and that is the most important thing. If you can survive on your own, you just do the best you can for your kids.

Only use the card if you are an authorized user on the account (you have a hard in your name). If not you can get in trouble. And if you are on the account remember that you are responsible for the bill.

use the card and you could go to jail, then who will take care of the tikes. keep contacting your state's atty. genenral office so if the deadbeat ever steps foot in the u.s. HE will pay up or go to jail.
