ok..i like this girl, and i think she knows....anyways....we've never really talked much...so i was wondering how to start?
everytime i want to talk to her...i dont know what do talk about or how to break the ice...any suggestions?

If you are both shy -- start a conversation about the Internet and see if she has a MySpace account -- great way to get to know someone is by messages and/or emails... Ask her is she has anyone to spend Valentines Day with...suggest an after school date -- say wanna hang out after school so we can get to know each other.... I think your idea about the card and candy is great... You can see how she reacts to that --then go from there. Girls like compliments.... Say nice shirt, nice outfit etc... always a great opening line -- just don't say nice boobs!! Tell her "You know you have the prettiest (fill in the blank) (eyes,hair,smile...) that I have seen" Just make it sincere. Good luck...

Think of something you both like or some event you were both at and talk about it. Like maybe you guys were both at the basketball game yesterday. Just say good game yesterday, I think I saw you there. She'll start talking back and there you go ice broken!

Well since u somewat no eachother start out slow...
start with a group date...ask her if she wants to hang out at the park or go to a movie...
If she liked the group hangout session.....she may want to go further....
u will b able 2 tell if she wants 2 go further

Try to find something you both have in common. Or if you know of something she's doing or recently did, you could ask about that. If she likes sports, you could ask about her favorite teams. If she likes movies or books or food or anything, ask about it. If you start with something she likes or something you have in common, things will be off to a good start.

Just act like you are her friend and try finding out what she likes to talk about and then talk to her about them. Try impressing her to make her like you and dont be shy aroung her!

just go for it. think of something to say that would start a conversation.
no, 'hi', 'how are you', and 'you look pretty', dont count.
something like 'that chem test was hard, what did you think', only something that would have to do w/ you guys.
just plan everything out, everything she could say back, and then what you would say back. it works ;-)

just try around the edges talk to her friends and stuff like that...or just go directly like ask her what music she is into, sports you if she's met someone famous or anything like that, dont doubt yourself you can do it
